Critical: Professionalism
From a past co worker stand point, they have more kids then staff and it just is not a welcoming place. I won’t be putting my kids there later in life. Not a great place to be.

LPW is a disaster. The manager is terrible and doesn't remember setting up meetings with us when we arrived. Everything a out this place was sketchy.
To make matters worse they transported my daughter and other littles with improper restraints in the van to school. We called them on it and they told us we were no longer welcome there. They fired us after two days!
We called and reported them to CPS and had a valid, founded case against them.
Do not go here!

So happy to have the LPW community in our corner, especially during these unprecedented and difficult times. My daughter has been attending LPW for about a year and a half, and has been in their infant, waddler, and now toddler rooms.

The teachers in all of her classrooms have always gone the extra mile for us, learning about her unique likes and dislikes, encouraging her to learn and develop at her own pace, and most especially learning about and respecting her heritage. English is the second language in our home, and we are so grateful that everyone at LPW has made an effort to aid and understand

We couldn't have gotten through this pandemic without LPW. We had a nanny before the pandemic happened and adjusted to daycare last summer once we felt it was safe enough to do so. We both work from home and for our sanity we needed our son in daycare and we made the best decision. The love, socialisation and care of him is incredible, but also the support and education for us is amazing. They are responsive and so knowledgable. We are so pleased that we will be having our next addition transition to the infant room after mat/pat leave. We see LPW as part of our extended family and care team

Our son, now 8 months old, has attended LPW for 4 months. My wife and I are impressed every day with the special care taken by the teachers and staff here. They truly know him as a person and give us helpful and exciting updates every day at pick up. I especially appreciate the hands-on, "screen free" care he receives. While it's common for some day cares to provide photo updates, it's refreshing that this is not a practice here! The kids' care is job 1, not daily digital documentation. The school has adapted well to COVID procedures, and safety is always of utmost

My son has been going to Lil People's World since he was four months (now 16 months). The staff have been incredible to him, especially his past teacher Ms. Katherine. He lights up when he sees her, even though he's moved on in classrooms. I feel very safe covid-wise. We're lucky to have found this daycare.

Our now 2 1/2 year old started there when she was 10 months old, and has been in 3 different classes. The teachers in each of her rooms have been incredible and are thoughtful in how they use the kids personal interests and responses to help teach. Everyone on staff is wonderful and make you feel a part of the family. The office manager even gives our daughter her "cat of the day" from her calendar, which is such a small gesture that shows how well everyone in the facility knows each of the kids.

They have taken extreme care to stay open and the kids safe during covid, which has been

We have been so pleased with our child's care at LPW. She started in the infant room where we were confident in her care and she came home content each day. When she moved into the Waddler room her learning really took off and we love seeing what she shows us when she gets home. The teachers and staff have treated us well and we are so appreciative!!

My son has been attending for the past couple of months. When I come to pick him up he is always happy about the time he had there. When I toured the place, I saw how clean and safe the playrooms are kept. Very pleased to have chosen Lil’ People’s World.

I've consistently been impressed by LPW's dedication to maintaining sanitation and safety at the same time as doing an excellent job conducting our child's early education with us parents. I've also compared their pricing with other local daycare options and found them to be the best value. This was the right choice for us, and has continued to prove that before and during this pandemic.

My daughter joined this preschool early last year and has had a very wonderful experience. She loves her teachers Ms Chase, Ms Alexia and Ms Jennifer and the other kids in her class. Any issues or challenges we raised were promptly and satisfactorily resolved. My family is truly sad to be leaving this preschool.

My daughter loves to go to "school." They make learning fun. She talks fondly of her teachers and the special bond she has with them. I am so grateful for the staff and the extra efforts they have taken, especially during COVID to ensure her safety and well being so she can continue to attend. Having a little normalcy in this crazy time is such a blessing

After a few less than pleasant experiences at places I won’t name, I’m overjoyed me & my son found Little People’s World. I’m a single mom so finding somewhere I feel comfortable dropping him off at was of paramount importance to me.
I knew after the amazing tour Sam would be in good hands, but I didn’t expect to gain a family. Truly life changing and I hope everyone gets to experience what I have found here.
In the past 6 months, Sam has grown leaps and bounds. He is more behaved at home. He is learning things that unfortunately I did not have the capacity to fully teach him while

My daughter has been going to LPW since she was 14 weeks old. (She's now almost 4.)

I have seen my daughter blossom under the care of the teachers and staff at LPW. The teachers we've had over the years have been invested in the well-being of the kiddos (especially Miss Crystal, Miss Meila, Miss Maria, Miss Eve, Miss Jenny, Miss Christina, and Mr. Gio), and this applies to everything from language development to emotional development to potty training

During the pandemic, the staff has worked extra hard to take extra safety measures to keep the kids and staff safe.

We really could

No daycare is perfect, but I've been pleased with our experience at LPW. Our son's been there from infant to now toddler stage. The lead teachers and support staff work hard, genuinely care for each student and really help with their development. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, I regularly saw how well managed and clean the facilities are (they've been restricting access since March/April, which is a smart move).

I've recommended LPW to my friends and to anyone else looking for a good childcare provider.

LPW has been fantastic for both of our kids; we highly recommend it. Their staff take seriously their role to not just amuse our kids, but to teach, enrich, and guide them to become wonderful humans. You won't be disappointed!

Our daughter has been here for the last 3 years and she loves it and has grown so much being here. The teachers are thoughtful and caring. They always have fun projects that the kids are working on. Have a great playground on site and plenty of room to run around. They are doing a wonderful job with precautions and safety during this time which I very much appreciate and I feel safe and lucky that we can still send her every day. Going to miss them when she goes to kindergarten next year.

We have two kids enrolled at Lil People's World (ages 4 and 15 months). Our oldest loves her teacher Ms. Chase and is always excited to go to school in the morning. Our 15-month-old started when she was 6 months and has always received great care. When she was in the infant room, there were never more than 3 babies in the room (sometimes she was the only baby!), and the infant lead teacher, Ms. Delia, is very warm and genuinely cares about the babies. She's now in the waddler room with Ms. Laura and Ms. Monica (same teachers our oldest daughter had when she was in that room) and also receives great

My 1yo son just started going to Lil' People's World for a month now. This is my first child, so I was a little nervous bringing him to childcare, not knowing how he will react and adjust. So far my son loves it! I think the manager, Ms. Jami is very professional and communicative; she is thorough with going over policies and procedures, and welcomes any questions I may have. It appears she has a relationship with all the children; she is not a manager who just sits behind the desk. Ms. Jami seems to have a good grasp on the operations of the center, and maintains a warm and inviting environment

We have sent both of our boys to LPW (North Seattle). They are large enough that you get the benefits of the systems of a center but small enough that they clearly know your child as an individual. Knowing that they are safe and loved has made it possible for us to go back to work with peace of mind. We have been so impressed with all of the staff and have loved the teachers. The center has clear procedures that help ensure that the needs of each child are met. There also is a nice balance of play and (age-appropriate) structure. They have been great about adjusting to the challenges presented

I have worked as a teacher here for a few years and love being apart of this community! The management is driven to create a positive program for their kiddos and supportive of staff. This center is warm, welcoming and focused on providing the best care possible. I enjoy being a member of the LPW team and couldn't see myself working anywhere else.

Our kids attended Lil' People's World for about 1 year and the only reason they are not there anymore is because we moved. We were really impressed with how much the teachers loved our kids and were so attentive to them. Several months later, and our oldest is still asking to go back!
As with any daycare, there is a fair amount of teacher turnover, but the administration do their best to make these transitions as easy as possible on the families and especially the affected kiddos. I would definitely recommend this center!

I have spent a lot of time volunteering at this facility. The staff are really supportive and the children are so much fun. I spend most of my time in the preschool room and it was very well organized. With in the six weeks I helped out, there was always a great plan of action and curriculum for the day it made the days fly by. So much fun, and I really think even I learned a lot. It's nice to step into the lives of children for a bit. Well worth the visit.
