Do not move here under any circumstances!!! They refuse to fix anything. The floors of the apartment are warping at first the maintenance personnel said they could fix it and never came back. Our apartment was broken into while we were in there by a tenant who lived in the building next to us, he kicked in our door and was on naked claiming to the police that he lived there. The maintenance personnel said they would fix our door.... Turns out the guy quit and they never sent anyone else to fix it until two months later when we brought it up again. This place is trash and over priced save your

Our leasing agent, Joseph Santos was a joy to work with. Apartment Hunting can be a daunting and stressful process. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect apartment that checked every box on our list of preferences. He was very active in keeping us updated on new places that became available. He made sure we were prepared so that our move-in would be seamless with no hiccups, and it was. The place is spacious, clean, updated, and everything works great. The location, is perfect and convenient. We are surrounded by everything we need.

Although management team and Maintainance are great, I do have to be honest about the structure of these apartments. They are beautiful from the outside... BUT INSIDE..they are old and need some heavy renovation. THE PROBLEM IS...I HEAR EVERY FOOT STEP and EVERY SOUND from my apartment above me... EVERYDAY! I was very disappointed that the apartment gods decided to put hard wood floors without putting INSTALLATION in the ceiling and floors. Living on the bottom can be compared to living in a basement on the east coast with no carpet. It's hard to live normal ( if one can during these times

Just wanted to provide a thank you to one of the maintenance guys who works for Lakewood manor. His name is Angel and he snaked all three of our drains today although we initially only needed one fixed. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I have certain other qualms with this complex but none of which are too severe. I do enjoy living here but I especially wanted to thank Angel the maintenance guy.

I'm planning to move from the central coast and I'm currently apartment hunting in LA area. Lakewood Manor apartments are reasonably priced, looked nice and are walking distance to shopping areas.
I met with William and Joseph who are the leasing consultants for the apartments. They were both very friendly and informative, however no apartments were available until possibly September. They were kind enough to give me information about the apartments. William was very informative and displayed great customer service! The apartments don't come with washer/dryer hook ups, which is something

I had an issue with the toilet upon moving in. It would flush one time, and I would have to wait at least 10 minutes before it flushed again. I called maintenance and they sent someone over right away. Angel, knew immediately what the issue was. He said that the water pump needed to be replaced, and he did just that. Problem solved. Angel was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I can tell living here is gonna be great.

Lived here for many of years. COVID came and in May I asked if we were able to have a washer inside, I was told absolutely not, fast forward to August, the tenants above have a washer and dryer inside. These washed at 1,2,3,4,5 am every day, I asked the office to ask them to not wash at that time, it continued. I was told by the office they were told to stop using it, continued, they were sent a cease and desist letter, they continued, I was told they said they stopped using it, they continued. For 5 months these people washed all hours of the night and morning, the heat coming to our apartment

Living here has been one of the worst decisions I've ever made, especially for a first apartment. The area is great and beautiful, but the apartments are not. The paint jobs are terrible, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything and anything that your neighbors are doing and There's never any parking after 2pm. The floors are nice and the kitchen is cute but not big enough. There's no ceiling light in the living room, and the light you do get for the rooms aren't bright enough. The only good thing is that the maintenance comes very quickly. Not worth the price

they are roach infested they spray but that does not work, the roaches and rats are in the walls. Huge roaches run all over the back where u park. You pay an arm and a leg to live here thinking ur in a nice area in a nice safe apartment WRONG, police activity every day. Found out after paying over $2400 these are section eight apartments(so I was paying hundreds for people to leave here for pennies) main thing I liked was it was a non smoking apartments, people smoke all over the apartments.

The maintenance crew is the best we have ever experienced, and one of us works in property management and has been around plenty of maintenance workers. Ernesto "Neto" is the friendliest, hardest working maintenance guy we have ever known. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. We see him always greeting residents and engaging us like he has known us for years. Fermin is a new guy who is already greeting everyone and is very helpful. All the maintenance team is friendly. You are lucky to have them. Is Neto a manager? He should be. Great job, guys!

I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Went in for an appointment, I swear we were being punked. This lady didn't introduce herself, said she was new less than a month on property. Wasted a half an hour and we didn't even see one unit. We left she didn't give any info, I have no more information than I entered with.
We rode in the cart looking for the unit, my girlfriend and I even helped her look for the unit and she's like yeah "if you think that's where the it's at" how the hell would I know? It's your job to show the units, then says 1 bedrooms go
