Robert P. Korda is the President, CEO, and CFO of RPK Development. In his forty years in the industry, Robert has grown The Korda Group's real estate holdings exponentially with an eye towards acquiring underperforming or complex properties and returning them to a well-run manner. Robert has also overseen the development of hundreds of apartment units, many of which form the core of The Korda Group's portfolio today.
Giving back to the Community is the centerpiece of the Korda Group/RPK Development's Mission. The Company enjoys a decades long partnership with AOF/Pacific Affordable Housing. Our culture of giving includes facilitating "Bread Donations" from local Supermarkets at our Affordable Communities. We are also proud to offer free Computer Classes at both our Affordable and Senior Communities.

Do Not Move Here...
It's Horrible... When First Moved In, in April 2013 the apartment had roaches, apartment had to be sprayed TWICE to get rid of them,
The manager James, would barge into your apartment and was rude !
To top off Carlos The Maintenance guy is clueless and doesn't know how to do his job, he just babbles In what seems like he hopes you'll stop asking him questions.
Bill the other Maintenance guy has anger issues and will leave unnecessary notes at your door telling you to pick up certain things from outside... Things that won't even be your mess.

My brother lives at the apartment complex and he has always been treated fairly and his apartment is very nice: clean, quiet, all appliances work well. His work orders are completed in a timely manner and the management is prompt in taking care of issues.
