We've been living here at Park Del Amo for 5 yrs. It's hard to find a place that accepts pet. We have to pay pet rent but at least we get to bring our furry friend. Rents are about the same anywhere else. We love our patio and lots of grassy area to walk your pet. The staff is friendly. With the new manager lately they've been having events like Valentine donuts which is cool. I was living for work and they stopped me and gave me a bag with a heart shape donut. I missed the Luau. I just hope they dont raise my rent that much as I would hate to leave. We're comfortable & love it here.

I recently moved into park del amo and so far I haven’t had a great experience. Several things need to be fix and nothing has been fixed. Who wants to take a shower when the water won’t drain. The shower head was molded and rusted okay fine I’ll replace it myself. But the draining problem with the tub ? I don’t think that’s my responsibility especially when I just moved in. Also if you move in make sure you clean before you bring your stuff in. My apartment floors, tubs, sinks and counters were so dirty it turned my cleaning rags black. I feel like the small things I can wait for but

Loved ParkDel Amo ,just to high in rent ,when i left it was 1.430.00 4 a one bedroom ,hear its 1800.00 or more now thats utterly ridiculous , one minus is the walls are 2 thin,it was 800 square feet,more space l've ever had,miss living there ,just sad they raised the rent so high . L pass by it almost all the time,now live in a senior apt in Bellflower and uhh!

Was turned away from getting an application here because my partner is a smoker. Natalie said that they do not accept any applicants that smoke because this is a smoke free community. A smoke free community with smoker station at the end of the block. When I asked her why is it a smoke free community when there are people smoking outside their apartments and at the smoke station, she told me that some residents are working to quit and the station is for residents guests. That would suggest that this is not a smoke free community. Natalie, you need to work on a better pitch for turning away applicants
