I enjoyed the year I spent living here. The one bedroom apartment had plenty of space and there was a good amount of storage. Everything is a little dated, especially the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, but I had very few maintenance issues and staff responded incredibly promptly anytime anything went awry. My neighbors were friendly and I never experienced any noise issues.
The only real inconvenience I experienced was that if it snowed on the weekend sometimes the walkways weren’t shoveled until Monday.

This place deserves more than 5 stars honestly. The experience has been absolutely great, the leasing staff is responsive, any repair orders placed get handled promptly and it's an overall amazing community. Absolutely beautiful apartments and very wholesome surroundings with kids playing outside, tennis courts, volleyball, you name it! Best part is, when I'm in my apartment, I can't hear ANYTHING!!! No noise from neighbors or even the kids running up and down the sidewalk! Would highly recommend to anybody looking to move to the Novi area. Thank you again Michelle!

I’m writing this because there aren’t many reviews on these apartments and had I seen what I’m about to write, I would not have rented here. For me, the most important thing I need in my home is peace. But from day one I have had no peace due to my downstairs neighbors. These apartments are really old and not only does noise travel, but it amplifies and resonates, so tenants have to be mindful and keep their noise to a minimum. My neighbors like to blast music, video games, movies, soap operas, etc. to the point where their noise rumbles through my entire apartment and can be heard over my

Though apartments are old, they make every attempt to make it look new.
The Leasing office Michelle and Loren are very helpful and maintenance crew is awesome, I stayed for two years, almost all the issues I reported was resolved on same day or on next day. I had a wonderful stay. Location is so perfect and Village Oaks school has a very good rating. Overall stay in this community was good.
Only downside about this community is they keep increasing the prices year after year, Anything more than 1250$ seems not really worth here..

We stayed in this wonderful community for the last three years and it was always a pleasant stay with zero issues . This Community is great and well maintained and accessible to all prime locations . Leasing staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and cooperative. We really did not want to move out but had to only due to job obligations . I would certainly refer this community to known friends and contacts who are moving to Novi . Thanks again for everything that you do to make this community a great place to live in !!
