For your convenience, printable floor plans are available in PDF format and can be found on each floor plan card after selecting the desired apartment size. Any unit denoted as "ADA" is compliant to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and may offer features different from other apartment homes within the community.

Our online resident portal makes paying rent or requesting service a quick and convenient process, and our friendly and on-site service and management teams promptly respond to any needs that surface.
Central Park Estates offers pet-friendly apartments and welcomes both cats and dogs, including large dogs! We have a limit of two pets per home, and some breed restrictions apply.

Management is unresponsive. Two months after I sent in my notice to vacate they tried to renew my lease. After calling the office I had to pull up the date and time of the email thread for my notice to vacate for them to adjust this. I was also charged a full months rent for the week my lease was active in my last month. They never adjusted the amount after numerous emails and calls. Maintenance guy was cool though. Terrible management and overpriced housing, I would not recommend any one to move here.

Nice apartments and convenient location but horrible customer service. Leasing office staff are extremely unfriendly and disinterested (with the exception of Katie). Maintenance work orders take a minimum of 3 days to be attended to. The apartment was handed over to us without being cleaned properly and a number of maintenance issues.
Update as of Nov 17: Received a prompt call from the property manager to gather more information and a commitment that she will personally come to the apartment with maintenance and ensure everything is fixed. She gave me one date and didn't show up. Then I had to

I’m very disappointed to know that my rent has increased from $1750 to $1830 per mo, for no reason, during a pandemic! We have a new management company who bought out the previous owner, and when it’s close to your lease renewal, they send you a letter (through the US mail) saying while they appreciate you as a tenant, be advised that your rent will increase and that you can renew or get out! This complex is definitely not like it use to be..the standard has gone way down and it looks like, after 10 yrs of living here, I may be force to find another place to live. It’s just not the same.

We like the apartment community very much. All rooms were well lighted. Very nice view with Maple tree. We liked both old and new management. They usually listen to your request. Price is little higher than others. Nearby areas are very good and in a very good school district. The clubhouse and swimming pool are awesome.

Community is neat, clean and organized .... big clean balcony ...trees don't block the sunlight coming inside the house ....love that the windows can be opened.... it's bright in each room.... feels good to do any work...love having personal closed garage and fireplace at home .....ppl in the community are friendly....staff is good ....they give quick service.... swimming pool is nice and clean .....

It's an apartment community with excellent facilities.
Club house is a spacious nicely decorated two story building with a big swimming pool, in the back.
Inside has a nice exercise room, with sauna and a hot tub.
Upstairs has additional space for parties, kitchen, refrigerator, pool table, fireplace
