The management here are all on a power trip. They will constantly leave notes on your door marking "lease violations" even if you havent violated anything. They have been marked as racists by other reviewers and im inclined to believe it. They have repeatedly threatened my family with eviction and also attempted to tow our vehicles multiple times. Theres a reason they have 3 pending lawsuits against them according to the HUD.

They are racist and they want to be in your apartment while you are gone, they purposely tell you not to change the locks so that they have access to your apartment at all times. They have a problem with black two-parent households, that's why they don't have any and they have a problem if you have an opinion. The maintenance crew is horrible they do not know how to fix anything and lies to management about violations. I was not comfortable the whole time I was there and was constantly threatened about raising my rent. Certain rules applied only to Blacks and there is heavy discrimination going
