I wanna give a special shoutout to Mr. Paul Ogayonne for being an amazing apartment manager! If anything goes wrong, he’s always willing to ensure things get done. He’s a big tall guy and that may intimidate some - I’m 5’10 and I still have to look up to talk to him - but I promise, he’s a chill guy and a great leader. If you see Mr. Paul, tell him hey!

Real quick just wanna say thanks to Mr. Paul Ogayonne! He's a cool guy who's super helpful! Anytime that there is a problem, he's right at it to help all of us! He makes sure that you feel comfortable with a tour for soon-to-come residents. He shows great leadership as well. I would definitely recommend this complex. Lovely space, community, and management! Worst place I ever lived in my life ...very old building with Ants coming out the vents ...complained but nothing was ever done ..they never cleaned the apartment befor I moved in ...I had to clean it myself.Too many hidden fees ... rude staff ..epcially Paul ..the black African dude working at the leasing office. Stay away from this place especially if u have kids .

Very outdated. The deck, pool and tennis courts are in need of repair. Lack of insulation in walls and ceiling create undesirable disturbances from neighbors. While staff is friendly I am not seeing things handled in a timely manner. Things that were to be addressed upon move in have not been. It should not be my responsibility to keep asking or submitting maintenance requests. Definitely overpriced for the condition. Don't see myself renewing my lease.

I have lived at the Conifers for about 3 years in an Evergreen 1 bedroom apartment and have loved it. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I've had minimal to no issues with noisy neighbors. The rent is reasonable for the amount of space you get. It's rare to find a 1 bedroom apartment with a huge storage room. I appreciate the security of two locked entrances to the apartment. There are a lot of great walking paths with the neighborhood right behind my apartment building. The pool and amenities are nice. Every time I have ever called with an issue they respond very quickly. I would highly recommend
