Do not live here. I am sure they treat some tenants with respect, but as a military member this is the worst apartment I have lived in to date. Rent is extremely over-priced and is raised on a consistent basis. We were forced to pay for services that we did not use. We constantly had issues with water, AC, and general living conditions. After paying the security deposit/pet deposit, neither amount was put towards any damage. When attempting to call the front desk and get the matter resolved, we were in Initially told we NEVER paid a security deposit. Multiple times, the phone was hung up in my

The maintenance is fast to respond and helpful. The office staff is always friendly. I have lived here for a few months and so far my experience has been great. The buildings are older and need some updates, but you also get what you pay for. There are a lot of complaints on here about the windows, and I would say that they definitely don't work well even after being repaired, they really need to be replaced. The flooring and cabinets are nice and clean, the apartments have a lot of space and the light fixtures are good. The property manager is great and responds quickly to my personal requests

I had to move, rather unexpectedly and rushed, and I was looking for areas close to my work on major trucking routes. As an OTR (Over the Road/Long Haul) driver, who by definition was never in town, trying to find a place in this manner was a total nightmare.
I had narrowed it down to two different apartment complexes as close to my home terminal as possible. I had settled on Chesapeake Landing and another in the immediate vicinity.
After explaining what I did for a living, the Property Manager and Leasing Agents at Chesapeake were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me

I will give zero stars if I could. Management will be super nice and welcoming when they know you’re interested in living in their apartments but soon you’ll be treated poorly as an object once they start losing their money. All they care about is their money. There were so many people moving out. Maintenance team are probably the only nice people being apart of this corporation. Disrespectful to military servicemen and not understanding. Had very nasty attitude towards it all. Was going to charge up to over $2,000 for rent when my family we were moving out and won’t even be living in the

This place is a great place to consider if you are thinking about making a change. The application process was super easy and they were very understanding. Tallia was nothing short of amazing. She took her time with us. She addressed our wants and needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. The facility was very clean and inviting. Everyone was helpful and made this virtually effortless. Barring offering to help us move, Tallia did everything else. Thanks again for everything Tallia you are the best!!!!!
