The process of simply obtaining a unit and signing the lease was awful. We had to push back our move-in date multiple times and select multiple units for nearly a month after our original move-in date. Miscommunication was also present in the leasing office before moving in.

This is great location and previously owned by Towne Properties only until then it was a place to live and then Monarch Investments bought it and hired the most un-professional and incompetent people who only works to generate income. Don’t just choose this place because of location, you’re going to deal with the maintenance issues, if you can fix the things at your own then this place is for you. Otherwise immediately contact the lawyer and start depositing your rent into an escrow account to claim the amount for the time they don’t fix your maintenance issue or the best is just don’t

Do not rent at this location. The office staff are not helpful. My washer broke and I work long late hours and they kept saying it was fixed and it was not. This went on for over one month and then they wanted me to take a day off work to "prove" it was broke. There were animals on the roof in the fan in the upstairs bathroom that made a mess of the insulation and they did not clean it up. There were big carpenter ants all over that crawled up the walls even in the upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom drain in the downstairs smelled no matter what and when I moved out I forgot to cancel my vectron because

No issues with management. In fact the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. However maintenance was completely terrible. Moved into a town home for one year. Unit was in good condition, but whoever painted it didn't care at all and sprayed paint all over the fan and on the railing. Some drawers were broken and that was about it... Until our AC went out.
Over the course of 4-6 months and about 5 or 6 maintenance requests, I did not have any AC. luckily heat worked in the winter but it became unbearably hot and maintenance dragged their feet and could not get it figured out.

My relative & the spouse live here! Nice apartments / townhomes! The amenities are very nice with a pool and gym and all the others like tennis court etc!! It's very well maintained also! I am Glad my family from pa found a nice place to start out! I would definitely go back again and visit over and over again! Very nice place! Also close to places like the Dollar general etc! Some of the nicest townhouses/apartments I have seen but I am from pa! Nice job to the owners!

So I have recently decided to move into Centerville Park Apartments. I was so worried about the process as I was completing it all while being deployed. I have honestly never been so amazed with the communication and understanding the staff has given me. I worked directly with Ms. Natassja Jester and WOW, what an incredible human. She has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and trying to make sure I am at ease during my phase of coming back to a new place.
