Entire leasing process was simple, fast and easy. Great location and quiet, peaceful setting. The general manager Robyn always responded promptly and tried to be helpful in every situation. Only 3 stars though because of an unhelpful leasing manager and regional manager that allowed an extremely bad second hand smoke problem to go unaddressed.

I am very surprised by some of these reviews in here.
This is my first apartment I’ve ever rented and it’s been such a great experience. Every maintenance request is taken care of within 24-48 hours. It is very easy to get ahold of those that are in charge. This apartment is ran by Elon Management so sometimes the managers are at the other location but I never have any issues getting ahold of them or needing something. The only thing I have to complain about it not being able to have a tie out for my dog but that’s more so bc I’m lazy and I understand why we cannot.

I lived here for 6 yrs. worst experience I’ve ever had regarding an apartment. They are dirty and rundown, outdated. I went through 3 dryers because of issues with the outside vent and electrical issues they refused to fix. I saw a turnover of at least 5 mangers while I was there. Couldn’t keep descent maintenance help. The last one they did hire helped himself to my apartment while i wasn’t home. Won’t go into details. Don’t move here!!

I have read everyone's reviews and I find some of them astonishing. Since 2009 there has not been a security deposit they have been move in fee's (I just asked before doing this review) and this is listed on everyone's lease that they sign when they move in, and get a copy of. Including mine, everyone property has it's ups and downs. The management has not changed hands 6 times in 5 years. It has been the same manager, you are just seeing the leasing manager change hands. The manager did change in 2019 when they brought Vicki here fulltime.

Asked the complex for a final bill before moving out. Was sent one involving a cleaning fee and full month rent for 11 days. The cleaning fee wasn't in the lease. The whole month they agreed was a mistake. The options they gave me were to pay the full amount. They would return the difference later. Hmm what?. So I told them no. Asked for a corrected final bill. Never received one. Instead they turned the amount owed over to a collection agency. The kick is though they didn't actually name me to the collection agency. They named my 72 year old father who cosigned. This is a retired Montgomery County

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and we've had minimal issues with management. Both the property manager and the office lady are so nice and helpful.
The actual physical quality of the apartment is cheaply put together and easy to be worn down which then makes me feel that I'm paying too much. I enjoy living here but they often make it difficult to enjoy because utility prices rise or something is broken and it take a while to be fixed at times. You can make it home but I don't know about a long term home. You could live somewhere much cheaper for the same quality apartment.

Maintenance has two guys, but only had one guy (Donny) that cares about anything. Everything rests on his shoulders, and as a result, it gets backed up. I once had to threaten putting my rent in escrow to get them to fix a water heater, in the middle of winter. The office manager changed every six months in the three years I lived there, so there was no stability within the office staff. Packages were stolen off my porch in the BACK of the complex. There was a severe mold problem in my unit that was glossed over but never solved. This
