Would love to leave a 0 but can't. They can't answer the phones to save their lives. Won't stay after a couple minutes to take a payment, would rather make you pay a late fee. Then when presented say there's nothing they can do and won't take the payment without the fee. Very unprofessional and rude. Never fixes anything. Didn't even give my friend her deposit back and didn't fix anything they claimed was wrong.

Everything is outdated, ever since Ashley and Joan left and Craig in Maintence left this place has gone down hill, management has changed multiple times in a years time or less and the rent is ridiculous for everything from windows to appliances to be outdated on top of the kitchen cabinets. The main entrance to the buildings are not secure so any one can come in and out. And when it’s cold out there’s been cases of homeless people sleeping under the steps. I lived here for 5yrs and sadden by how down hill this place has gone. Truly don’t recommend tis place until everything is updated and

- I lived there for 3 years. In that time management changed hands at least 4 times. Because of this, no one knew what was going on.
- At the first apartment I rented here, I had a maintenance worker try and barge into my apartment while I was taking a bath.
- I again had a maintenance worker in the townhome I rented use his full body weight to try and bust into my apartment.
- The neighborhood kids took a screw and punctured my tires.
- I was told numerous times by maintenance men that they were specifically told to do the minimum amount of

I've lived here for almost a year, and it has been a positive experience. The apartment itself is nice, and it was clean and had new carpet when I moved in. When I consider the rent vs. apartment size and quality, I feel the rent is fair and reasonable. I have submitted three work orders, and the only one that was slow was the one I marked low priority because it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. The other work orders were solved fairly quickly, and the maintenance people were polite and cordial. I have never tried calling the staff, but I have dropped by the office twice to ask

My Husband and I found this little gem of a community about a year in a half ago. And fell in love with the place. It is quite and staff are quite friendly. We have enjoyed our time here at Woodhills in West Carrollton.
We stayed for 2 years. Over time management changed and the dynamics of the place changed too. There were minor problems here and there. Slow maintenance and some communication issues. The office at times had a hard time calling back about issues. I called the office and left messages about issues or questions and never recieved a call back. But overall it wasn't a horrible place

My husband and I have lived in the community since 2019. All the workers we have seen have been super nice and friendly. Michelle and Joan in the office are awesome. This company cares about their tenants and it really does show. We have not had any issues since we moved in and hope to be here for a while longer.

I have been a resident of woodhills for 6 years and counting. The staff has changed hands many times during this time (sometimes for worse and sometimes for better). The current manager Ashley is very personable and honestly works hard to be a good manager. The apartments are not too bad. Overall appearance is a bit dated, appliances are a bit dated and the apartment as a whole is a good place to live. I don’t interact with out neighbors that often, but you have the occasional bad neighbor. As of recently, the bad neighbor situation has been almost been completely eradicated (from my experience

I'm not a current resident but my husband and i were interested in viewing one of their townhomes. I've left numerous messages and emailed during BUSINESS HOURS for the past week and have yet to reach anyone on the phone when I've called or call or email me back. I've heard great things about this community and I'm highly disappointed that I cant get anyone to return a simple call. I hope this is not how they do business.
