Services
In the kindergarten year, students memorize over 100 sight words, and are filling a home binder with weekly sentences using those words. They are working hard with the new Common Core Math program and learning how to be a good friend. The cutest and coolest art projects you'll ever see are completed in the kindergarten year.
Holy Rosary School integrates the elements of STEM, while maintaining our commitment to our Catholic Identity and emphasis in the fine arts. That's where the + comes in! Our science curriculum study led us to the adoption of the Next Generation Science Standards, which are the backbone of our science program.
Holy Rosary School in West Seattle is an amazing place of growth, spirituality, community, and memories. As someone who has worked in independent schools for 15 years and grew up in a teaching family my husband and I were quite thorough in our research of schools when the time came to pick a kindergarten. Three years later we are still glad we made the choice. Our son comes home happy every day and loves learning. The teachers are committed at an A+ level. They truly love their students and are committed to rigorous standards. The community is close-knit, supportive, fun and kind. To say, "they have your back" is an understatement. Everyone is working together here and the fantastic results are indisputable

We have been blown away by the professionalism of the teachers, the commitment of the administrators, and the strength of the community at Holy Rosary. Each teacher has gone above and beyond to get to know our sons' learning styles, support their growth, and communicate with us about their progress. Parents are active and involved and our sons' classmates have been engaged, respectful, and inclusive. Our kids are thriving in this sweet, nurturing, and rigorous environment.

Have two children that attend this school. The teaching staff and specialists are exceptional. One can tell that this isn't just a job for the teachers, they truly are committed to providing the best education for their students. The STEM+ education is fantastic, but the service opportunities and integration of faith really set this school apart. Upon graduation, I'm confident my children will be well-rounded and prepared for high school and life.

This is an absolutely excellent school, true to the tradition of strong, well-rounded Catholic education. The daily updates that I get from my kids are a constant reminder that they are in the right place. I am certain that the education that my kids are getting at Holy Rosary will not only set them up for success in high school and college, but also for a life of truly compassionate servant leadership.
