Living here is nice and quiet for the most part, grounds are kept clean and the apartments are decent, but take the word luxury with a grain of salt. There is one dumpster location for garbage, you either haul it across or drive it over. Poor insulation causes noisy air conditioning to run nonstop for heating and cooling. Electric bill was always close to 190$, usually it never goes over 80$ and I’m very conservative with my thermostat. Spacious doesn't equal luxury. The apartments are spacious with high sealing but appliances is what makes an apartment feel luxurious and they are all on the

I lived here with my family for 2 years and had a good experience. Following are the positives
1. Their maintainence team’s turn around is super quick so you will not have any issues in your apt lasting more than a day or 2.
2. It is a very well maintained and beautiful apartment complex.
3. Very safe place to live.
4. When you leave you don’t have to fill the holes on the walls or paint. They insist on doing it on their own at no additional cost!! This was super helpful for me.
5. Great gym and pool.
6. Apartments were very roomy and big. Especially the island in kitchen was very useful

This complex is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the people are incredibly friendly. The only downside is that there are no elevators to get you to the top floor, so if you're handicapped you'll want to rent on the first floor, which strangely has a premium attached to it.
I loved these apartments and I am definitely considering making them my next home.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience living at the Dwell Apartments. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The maintenance team keeps the property in great condition year around. We enjoyed all of our neighbors in the complex and met some life long friends living at the Dwell. I highly recommend the Dwell Apartments.

Units are OK; just OK. They advertise as a LEED facility, but their materials used for construction aren’t the greatest, so it’s all in how they spin it.
Management is a problem at Dwell. I was a resident there for 2 years and there were 3 management changes in that period. Their management team is Literally a revolving door.
Lastly, let’s face it....tenants are the management company’s customer. Dwell management does little to retain good customers. In the 2 years I was a tenant, I was never late with my rent, had minimal maintenance requests, and when I vacated, I left the apartment

I have lived here since 2014. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Most importantly the property manager is a top-notch professional that is always willing to help in any situation and always available. As well, the complex is safe, quiet, and very well maintained. Finally, everyone in the community is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable.
