I have noticed that with our new maintenance men Brian and Al they are very nice and they are very professional when it comes to the needs of our issues, the previous owners should be ashamed of the mess they left. But with Al and Brian , they come at decent timing and they are very friendly! I haven't had any issues getting any maintenance work now that we have new owners!! Brian and Al should be recognized more!!!

Brian and Al, from maintenance, came in this morning to do some work in my apartment. There was substantial damage from a leak in my living room, caulking needed to be addressed in the bathroom tub and several other issues going on. These gentlemen came into my apartment in a professional manner and addressed everything in less than an hour’s time. They also cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

I see my previous review was taken down, so I’ll continue to repost to save people from this place. They have issues that are beyond repair. The buildings should be knocked down entirely. Heat doesn’t work, neither does the “A/C”. I felt physically sick in this apartment every day. Maintenance came to fix wiring in the wall, took 3 weeks to fix and only because I was extremely persistent. My apartment would reach 85 degrees daily. I could not live in the apartment for those 3 weeks. Once the issue was “fixed”, they left the wall as pictured. Spackled, but not sanded or painted. It remained

I’m going to leave a review everytime my HEAT goes off this winter.. because this is ridiculous.. mind you I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about me having to PAY for a plumber to come out and snake my toilet because maintenance wasn’t answer the phone… lol it’s not going to get better. They keep commenting saying they’re under new management and LEAVING A NUBER THAT DOES NOT WORK. but things have literally gotten worse since they took over and they did something with the trash shoots and the hallways smell like HOT GARBAGE ALL THE TIME! I don’t do reviews usually but I’m here to help someone. Look elsewhere, especially if it’s your first apartment. Please do not overlook anything. I put in multiple maintainance request back in Oct of 2019. Just getting that resolved this year. Request goes unanswered, they don’t care and don’t stick to their promises. Trust me, I’m saving you. Blossom towers is thee worst apartment to live in. They’ll contact you when you’re late on rent, but when you need a maintenance repair they’re nowhere to be found. I’ve put in numerous work orders for a ceiling to be repaired from a leak that happened from the apartment above and no one came to fix it. The office hours online says 9am-5pm, but when you go to the office they’re gone for the day by 11am-12pm. They’ll respond quick when you show interest in a room here, but again when you need something fixed everyone is mute. Maybe when a few people start dying in their sleep from electrical

I lived here for way too long with my family every day we wake up there’s a problem. But a water leak on a brand new mattress I worked hard and purchased myself? Nothing is luxurious about this place at all. Problem after problem. Leak after leak. There’s absolutely no maintenance here. No one even knows who runs this place honestly. My parents have lived in these apartments for over 20+ years! The last 5-10 years under constant new management change has been horrific. We had a terrible storm/flash flood in our area appx two years ago. It left the whole complex flooded and many units had water damage. Every time we had put in our requests for new carpeting and paint - management would get sold/bought out to a new company… which resulted in us having to wait in queue again for repairs. Two years later and we are STILL left with bare concrete in our foyer area, shoddy paint jobs where you can see hard lining and spackle that
