When I inquired about Cherry Hill apartment towers, I loved how Rosa was so attentive and helpful with all the questions and concerns I had. I have moved a lot and already feel so welcomed here and I haven’t even moved in just yet! I do my research and have seen unpleasant reviews but know much better not to rely on them AT ALL! Staff is astonishing and highly recommend. P.S. the amenities that this apartment has to offer is amazing for my soon-to-be family!

I’ve moved a lot, and this is by far my favorite apartment complex. Everything is clean, I feel safe and at home. The amenities are great and everyone in the office is super friendly. I really appreciated Caitlyn answering all of my questions, she’s a doll. I feel like any time I have a problem they are there to help.

A few families that moved in earlier this year have completely hijacked the place. This issue has been going on for months now. No serious action is being taken by management. The entire community is talking about this amongst each other and all are frustrated and livid. Aion should step in and take serious action because the local office clearly can't handle this situation, which has gotten completely out of hand. We're talking massive littering all around the buildings and outdoor areas, excessive congregating at all hours of the day and night in the common areas: lobbies, pool, indoor and outdoor

Well, it is a long story but I will make it short. I have Been leaving in the Cherry Hill Towers for over 6 years. When I moved, it used to be under a different management. A few years ago, everything change when new management took over the property. Since then, they reduce the amount Of employees they have to clean the builds. The results, !!!! Well you can see the pictures, dirty carpets. Dirty elevators, dirty parking lots and new management that does not listen to tenants. It is not what it used to be. Most of the good reviews you see are old and tenants are moving out. I cannot wait until

This place is over hyped I am a current resident I pay over 2000 for the biggest condo they have, everything in the apartment is old or cheap and falls apart daily, since moving here, I dealt with cabinet doors loose and falling on me, blind fixtures put in wrong, the little garden we have out front looks like something out of a slum (I lived in Camden many years) and it’s a shame places like this get a high praise and rating for such a lie, I call everyday daily to get things handled, I own over 3k worth in shoes and daily have ants crawling in or around them, my sofa alone is 5000 and daily

I have been here for about 10 months and I absolutely love it. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always doing things to improve the buildings and having events. With Covid-19 they have been exceptional and so understanding with everyone’s needs. And even still making improvements like adding a playground. The apartments are roomy and updated. And some places say luxury but they’re not, these are....
