When I signed up for my apartment here it was during a high risk of covid so I was unable to actually view the apartment prior. No, unfortunately I didn't look on the reviews prior either. The layout of the apartments are nice, however it was the pest infestation that I couldn't not get over. These pictures are just a few of what I experienced the short time I was there. I just couldn't take it. I came home to find a water bug inside my refrigerator. I am a very clean individual. I tried things myself as well as their pest control coming out every friday. It was not by far livable

Fieldcrest is no longer the premier luxury apartment living it once was. The landscaping is maintained as an illusion to present itself as fine living. Some apartments have supposedly been upgraded. Those are… priced at $930 or more. However, the listing makes no clarification or distinction. By the time you pay your deposit, app fee, and first month rent you've obligated to that apt which YOU HAVEN'T seen which is what happened to me. Rusted tubs, old mixmatched kitchen colors and appliances, not properly maintained, and DIRTY. BUYER BEWARE! I was so excited to be back at Fieldcrest just

These people basically stole money straight from a tenants pocket. For an entire month, the refrigerator in a tenants apartment kept going out. On record, it went out 6 times, and they failed to fix the issue.… The final time, it was out for 3 days before they put a new unit in. Imagine what 3 days of non refrigerated food smells like. Six different times, the tenant had to clear out the goods from her fridge and restock because it would go out for days and ruin the food. They offered a 150 dollar credit to the rent, and that was it. 150 dollars for 6 fridge fulls of food. Not to mention

My 73 year old Mother has been requesting the breezeway lights be repaired since Tuesday. It is dangerous for her and she lives on the ground floor. Someone on the second level could easily trip and miss a step. This is a MAJOR safety issue and needs to be rectified sooner rather than later. The picture that is solid black is me standing at her door trying to get the key in the lock in the dark!!

I had the pleasure of living at Fieldcrest for almost a year. The staff was warm and welcoming, the property itself was beautiful and even when my lease was up, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. The neighbors were friendly, the terms of the lease were standard and fair and what few maintenance issues I had were quickly rectified. I would not have relocated if it wasn't for extenuating circumstances and would gladly have renewed my lease. It truly was a great place to live. 5 stars from me ^_^
