Walter Is the main principal and designated broker for Sunrise Property Services. Walter's career includes 11 years with CBRE as an industrial specialist followed by the co-founding in 1994 of a local real estate development and commercial construction company, Rio West Development & Construction, Inc.
With over 30 years of commercial real estate and property management experience vested with the key two principals of the company, Sunrise has the background & experience needed for the work assignment. Today Sunrise manages properties in all commercial property types; office, medical, retail and industrial.

We have proven that outstanding tenant service generates high levels of tenant satisfaction, greater tenant retention that in turn converts to higher occupancies levels. Whether your company is building a new facility or remodeling an existing building, Sunrise offers a full spectrum of construction management services and expertise to help clients get the most out of their investments. We offer fee based construction management services to the client and act on behalf of the client through every stage of the process.
At Sunrise, we can provide pre-acquisition building inspection and evaluation services. These services range from simple interior and exterior evaluations to more extensive inspections that would include systems operations & testing, structural review and reporting, plan review and permit investigations, along with oversight of environmental studies and surveys.
