I first worked with Manny when we put our home on the market as a rental and had an A+ experience. We had a quality renter within a week and had a stress free experience all around. The tenants were well taken care of and happy, too. Statements, payments, and communication went out like clockwork.

The manager Grecia was at first viewing a very professional and polite woman. This all changed as soon as we signed the lease and paid 6

Terrible landlord experience with this company. we had issues before even moving into our home on Tyndall. we came in before moving in to do a walk through and the paint, walls, and overall cleanliness was lacking. when we said we wouldn't move in with it like that we had to wait 3 days after our move in date to because they needed to call people to repaint and clean. we moved in the floors were disgusting, dishwasher never worked from day 1 & in the crack between the wall and our laundry machine was filled with unimaginable amounts of lint, dirt and dust.
