Our Commercial Property Management Division is currently managing just under a million square feet in Tucson and throughout Southern Arizona. I have had nothing but good experience with TRT Management. They took care of my property for years and provided excellent services until the very last day of my contract. If you want to live in a rental home you know will be properly cared for and your property manager actually cares about your needs not just the money TRT is NOT the place. They will claim they never received work orders,or other things from you. They will treat you like things are your fault. Their standards are very low when in comes to having a property move in ready,but I'm willing to bet they hold onto your security deposit for "cleaning" when you move out. If roaches,filthy doors/walls,carpets,water damaged walls are your thing then this is the company you want to be your property

Have had several interactions by phone with Brittney and I have to say that she is less than competent. I am a property owner myself and have a management company as my representative. Therefore, I know a bit about what I am talking about. As that representative Brittney has a responsibility to the owner and to her potential tenant to present herself as professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner. Worst customer service ever.
I found a property to rent. Completed application and provided all required documentation.
Today we were told we are approved by the assistant to the property manager.
Then two hours after being approved the property manager received another application and declined us.
I highly recommend do not work with this company.
They are Misleading and disappointing.

I inquired through Zillow about a property on Friday morning, then because I had received no response I called that afternoon. Rather than informing me that there was an open house for the property the next day, they forwarded my call to the point of contact for the property who had already left for the day. So I left a voicemail which was never ever returned. Ever.

1. When I moved out, they charged over $600 for routine cleaning. I could sue and fight them in court but I dont have time for all that and they know it. Be very careful when considering a place managed by these people. Especially Brittney Ruh.

When I went into their office to inquire about a rental I was met with the not very friendly receptionist Joanne who made me feel like I was bothering her. I don't think she knows what or how to smile at all. Then next day to review my application I met with Roxanne and she was even worse. It says on their site she has a sunny outlook but I didn't see any sunshine In her at all. She was not friendly at all but at least smiled once when she introduced herself. I am so glad the place I wanted was taken because I could only imagine how uncomfortable and dreadful it would be to have to

This company lied about my rental history, making it incredibly difficult to find a new place to live. They kept my security deposit and tried to send and addition amount to collections without ever notifying me of a balance. They also never repaired the water heater which was so woefully neglected when I moved in that you could hear the large calcium deposits knocking around inside it. It was actually a new model, but because this "property manager" doesn't actually manage their properties, basic maintenance was never performed. Needless to say, cold showers were a frequent result

We rented a single family home in Marana for over 5 years through Tucson Realty & Trust and had nothing but a very positive relationship. They (we dealt with Marcy K and Kim H) were unfailingly professional, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Any problems related to the house which arose were promptly addressed and resolved.
When something needed repair by the owner a handyperson was speedily dispatched and the problem resolved.
We paid our rent electronically and there were no issues over the entire period.

Trying to setup a lease with them for the past couple weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service. Everytime I've called or visited their office they have been extremely rude and incompetent. To the point that they put my wife in tears. The ONLY reason we are going to go through with signing the lease is because we have already paid the security deposit and really like the area of the property.
I would avoid leasing through this place like the plague.
