I rented from them for a year upon moving to AZ in 2015. They did not respond timely when there was maintenance needed at the house and even though the owner stated he was going to paint the home upon us moving out, they charged us for the pain. They also double charged us for the carpet being cleaned. They were upset that we moved out prior to the end of the month we were moving and had the electricity utilities turned off because that means they had to turn them on prior to showing the house, not my problem! We still paid all the bills and the entire month so they had no reason to be upset. I

This company overcharged my girlfriend and I for paint touch ups once we moved out of a rented property. Apparently one gallon of paint costs over $300 with the addition of covering up small holes, which were previously disclosed in the pre-walkthrough inspection. When my girlfriend called and left a voicemail asking to speak about the charges, this is the horrible customer service we received:
