Either way there is no Apt's available but 1 & that 1 has been on Craigslist for a while. There's no guarantee that they're legitimate landlords as some people haven't even called me back. And the 1 that's come up since I've become a member rented before there was even photos. It's just not worth the 60 bucks.

Horrible! I contacted them to see about properties for rent. What they do is give the realtors free listings and the person needing to move has to pay for the listing. I noticed the the good feedback is from the realtors who are not paying and yet everyone who has paid has regretted giving them $60 to see property rentals. This is a scam. Do not recommend.

I had been looking for a rental for almost a month. I had left messages and emails for at least 50 different realtors and property management companies with, maybe 5 responses. I was Refered here by a friend. I searched, reached out to 5 realtors, and had 4 same day responses and 1 the next day. All properties were still available and I found my new place. Simple easy and definitely worth the one time payment. The customer service there is awesome too, and no I don’t work for them. I just had a great experience, and I’m tough to please. Highly recommended by me!

I dont appreciate being lied to , trying to find a place with my credit situation was hard as it is and i was made to feel like i would get the help i needed here when i did not . i was continuously denied and had to pay outta pocket often just to be denied . Your suggested landlords hardly got back to me. And when they did just like anywhere else i got the same reaction to “hows your credit?” We dont accept evictions. Ive read these reviews and i cant believe the total disrespect some of these people have for this company. FIRST OF ALL if u dont want to pay the 60 bucks then DON'T. You can easily look at their website for the listings but if you pay, you get WAY MORE INFO. Ive veen able to actually get ahold of agents and private owners by paying for this site. On zillow, trulia,etc you get company numbers that always have a full mailbox and no way to reach them. Ive spoken with 3 people from this company and they are all so sweet and respectful.

If anyone is shopping for a rental home in the Tucson area, you know what a frustrating process that is. Online search websites(Zillow, Trulia,etc) are a daily struggle to gain access to see local properties. Each property leads you to a different property management company. It is a logistical nightmare! A friend recommended I contact Redi Rentals in Tucson. They actually answer their phones and help you through the Quagmire. I purchased the service for $60 from Ryan because there was a listing I wanted. Come to find out that listing was not on the market. Their listing must be out of date. I have called and messaged many of the listingingS and I do not get a response from the listing contact or Redi rentals save your money go with someone that has a higher rating. Waste of money.

I wish I can recieve a refund. Properties listed here were no different than the ones on hotpads. The filter system did not work at all regarding pets. I put must allow pets, and I found places still saying no pets allowed. When I took off the filter, I found places listed that actually did allow pets. I only used this for a week, but I ended up landing a place that was on hotpads and that was not listed here. I do not recommend.

The site was so user friendly( even a non tech person like me could navigate). I really liked the feature of the "cross streets" listed to determine where I wanted to rent.

So, I stumbled upon this company by accident. They were VERY convincing telling me that they had 90% of the rentals in Arizona. I asked how much the fee was and he said $60.00 flat. I ended up signing up. I have to say, they were very nice on the phone, which is why I didn't give one star. But I think the business is a scam. It seems like all the low rated reviews are all from renters or potential renters. Most of them complaining about not receiving security deposits back or for a listing search fee. Honestly the security deposit being withheld is most likely because the tenant trashed or damaged the property and the funds are being used to fix wear/tear or damage they caused while living there! believe the true nature of the company should be represented by property owners

This month marks 4 years in using REDI for their property management services. I was referred to them by a good friend who also uses them on their various properties. We have all been recommending them and I couldn't be happier with the partnership we have. They have been very hands on and attentive with my tenants, property up keeping and services, property improvements and providing me with their market experience recommendations. The $60 rental search does not perform as advertised, as many reviews on Google and Yelp can attest. This is false advertising. I asked for a refund less than an hour after purchasing their search service once it became obvious there the were significant search limitations (ex: cannot search by square footage and you must call them to change # of bedrooms). There were no "exclusive" listings. In fact, there were LESS LISTINGS on their directory than on other free services. Of course, they refused a refund as scammers do. 1. They charge $60 for effectively the same information you can get 100% for free on Zillow, only worse. There is no cheaper option for a shorter period of time.
2. When I write "only worse" in #1 - For example: On Zillow, an extremely beneficial option is that you can manually draw out a specific area on a map to get updates on, but here you are limited to these odd extremely large zones. I wanted to be in or near the Sam Hughes neighborhood - no way to customize that in the application.

Unethical, unprofessional, never fixed the lock on the sliding door to my room despite written reminders and a handyman actually coming out to the house telling me "I don't have time to fix that today." There were also termites in the home, which I informed them of and they never took care of. Would not do business with them again.

Zero stars should be a choice. This place is such a scam and it shows how much times are tough that they are out there taking advantage of ppl. It's worth it to document their illegitimate, abusive practices w the BBB. They just took my money, almost laughing as they did it, reminding me my money was non refundable immediately and assuring me they'd do nothing to help find a legitimate, suitable rental property. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! They provide nothing you can't get for no cost from Zillo, Trivia, and a dozen other similar sites. Their filters are no better, and their selection of available properties less than on others.
Customer satisfaction is of no concern. When requesting a refund after a little over a week's attempts,I was told "Sorry-can't do that." The only reason for the 1 star is there is nothing lower. Wish Yelp had some minus ratings.

We've used REDI for almost 4 years now to manage our properties and they have also helped us fix up a house to sell. We have nothing but great things to say about them. We have referred REDI to several friends looking for a company to manage their properties and will continue to refer people there. Even though we live in a different state, REDI has been great with taking care of everything, working with us when things do happen and communicating with us.

This company has an A+ rating at the BBB of Tucson because no one files complaints with them! They are crooks! On the phone they told me they had 28 properties that met my criteria for part of town, price range and amenities! They processed my payment and sent me 1! That one was not in the area I requested and didn't have any amenities I requested! I only wanted a/c and a washer and dryer! The place had neither and was 15 miles outside the area I requested! If you have paid them you owe it to every person in the community to register a complaint with the BBB!!! I had to select a star to continue

I have not and WILL NEVER rent from this company. I have been to a few of their property showings and have been saddened by what I have seen. They manage some historic homes and it is clear they are negligent and don't care about anything but money. They rent the homes out to whoever gets their application + fee in first, they don't care about quality of renters or people who will take care of these properties. If you own a home and have pride in ownership, I recommend you do not let these people manage your property. I was scared off by the damage and neglect I had seen at the showings

1. The Maintence employees are unprofessional and rude ... . They seem like skin heads or some fresh out of prison losers.
2. They don't give you a 24 hour warning before shutting off the water.
3. The place that I moved into wasn't even cleaned before I started moving in .

What a JOKE! I thought a service like this would allow me to find an apartment using filters similar to the other rental sites. Like a FOOL, I paid the $60. - I entered my 3 filters- cost-location and washer & dryer in-unit and there were 0 properties matching my wants. I removed the location filter - and STILL no match - I changed the cost- still no match. I have found 5-6 properties on other websites within these parameters and yet Redi-Rentals had nothing. Why pay the $60?! I sent an email to them IMMEDIATELY canceling the account (literally on the website for under 2 minutes) - and refund
