Horrible management. Stuff that isn’t in our lease or never a rule suddenly the whole complex gets notices of violation with out ever being told anything. They also discriminate and never answer the phone or emails even when it has to do with safety. They haven’t processed rent that was paid on August 31st and then gave me a notice for rent not paid.

Great Property Management company. They have been managing my residence since May 1st, 2019 and there has been countless positive changes made! It is like night and day since they took over. More over, it is safer and more family friendly. Management (Vickie) and staff are always around and attentive to maintenance repairs, questions, etc. For the first time in 4+ years that I have been here, families are visiting and residents are just happier making it a great place to live. They treat tenets like they don’t matter. They look the other way when you ask them to show any kind of humanity. They don’t hear the tenets out, they rather shut them down. They don’t return phone calls and make you go above and beyond to get anything done. If your thinking about renting through them, i would beware first and go somewhere else.
