We do not have a leasing fee. Our entire service is bundled into our one simple management fee. Many other management companies charge between 50%-100% of one month's rent as a lease fee, which is charged every tenant turnover year too. Nope, no maintenance mark-ups, no premium advertising fee, no marketing fee, no inspection fees, no leasing fee, we make it easy for you.

I'm just going to pile on another stellar review for the Profast team. First time owning a rental property and they have been just a pleasure to work with and learn from. We contacted a few property management companies, even had a recommendation for a different one, before finally landing on Profast. They have been there every step of the way, from taking wonderful pictures to showcase the house, to listing it on many sites and showing it to lots of folks, to signing great tenants (they will be moving in on the 15th) within 30 days of when we first listed it (and at the monthly rent price I was hoping to get), to working with me closely remotely to do some repairs on the downstairs bathroom (and interviewing several handymen to get the right person

It's always hard to move into a new area. Justin and Profast team helped us move into the Portland area with ease and confidence. He is very responsive, friendly and easy to talk to.
