I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to trying new places. I was pretty sick of getting disappointing haircuts, too many times to recall...
Then came Member cuts!
I absolutely cannot even put into words the awesome haircut experience I had! My hair stylist took the time to cut my hair and do all the necessary steps to produce a beautiful result! I absolutely love my haircut and I dont say it if I don't mean it! I would definitely recommend!

Shawna was the best! She took extra precaution to make sure she trimmed my hair to my desired length. Not only that, but she was the 1st person to introduce me to the wonderful world of a “surface cut.” For context, I’ve been growing my hair since 2002 & was today years old when I learned of what a surface cut was. So, obviously Shawna knows her stuff.
Oh, I was a walk-in as well. Next time I come back, I’ll be sure to schedule w/Shawna. If you’re in need of a trim or any other cut for that matter, be sure to ask for Shawna.

My boyfriend and I went here a week ago because my boyfriend needed a trim. I was curious to see if they did womens hair as I was in need of a haircut myself. I looked it up and they do! Shawna does the women's cuts and she did an amazing job! My hair was pretty damaged and the ends were not pretty so I just wanted a nice chop, and she delivered! I love how she did my layers and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. She really paid attention to detail and I couldn't be more happy with it. Plus it was only 25 dollars!!! First time customer took my 11 year old son. Our stylist was rude she didn't say one word to my son while cutting his hair. The other stylist were so nice and chatty with their clients. She made me feel like we were inconveniencing her. I was hoping to find a place to get his hair cut regularly but unfortunately we would never go back there. Basic hair cut rude service. Barbie won't be getting any referrals from us.

I LOVE this place. I've never had to wait, the service has always been impeccable. And now I've found my new barber. Ariana helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and how to ASK for it. I travel a lot with my job and knowing how to ask for what I want is a big help. But when I'm HOME, I know I'm going to be headed right back to see Ariana. A good haircut makes me feel amazing and I walked out of her chair and salon on Cloud 9.

Came here once and it was great when Brad cut my hair, but for everyone else it seems like they dont care much about customer service or have any interest in actually cutting your hair. Had to keep telling the barber to cut more or what to do next because they didnt seem to listen to what i was telling them and were obviously in a hurry to get me out of the chair so they can go back to doing nothing.

Had Barbie cut my hair, and she was extremely pleasant and precise with her work! She was very patient with me because I had a lot of requests and specifics so that was greatly appreciated! We had some fun conversations and overall I felt very welcome and especially satisfied with my haircut!

Always the best quality haircuts! I've been going here ever since the opening and I have been following Brad the hairstylist since 2018, since he knows how to cut hair well. Regardless if I get my haircut from him, or any of the other staff (Barbie, Sarah, Etc), I know I'm going to receive a great haircut! Everyone who works there knows how to cut hair and they really take their time to get what you want. I usually get a fade/taper and every time I've been satisfied with my haircut. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good haircut. Plus the price is very reasonable

I honestly am so surprised that there are negative reviews, I'm convinced that some of these may be from bad competition!
Brad has been cutting my hair for years. I've followed him around town since he was at a chain retailer and he's always done an incredible job. Brad has always been open, honest, maintained great communication, and always have been flexible with appointments. I've never had such a consistently fantastic barber and he's always done a great job with my hair.
Kathy is also amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable about color, and did an awesome job

This place is exactly what I was looking for. The team here is talented and have done a great job every time I've visited. The prices are exactly what they advertise and they never try and up sell me on their services or get pushy with their products unlike other places I've been to. The wait is never long, even when I've gone in with multiple people ahead of me, they just get down to it. Highly recommended this place. If you're looking for a new place to get your cut, give em' a try.
