Always great and always know what I want. Up to date techniques all the time. Just got my hair refreshed with a Balayage/Ombre and a cut last week. Best product all the time. Been going to Jess for over 10 years. She is the best in the North, East, South, and West. Moved 45 min. away....and still travel to Lotus. All the women their are so nice, and atmosphere is relaxing.

My two sons go here, one is a toddler and can be fusy depending on his mood, but they are always able to give him a great haircut!

Love this place. So far I’ve only been to Alicia three times, and she’s the only one I will ever trust with my hair color anymore. She has taken me to blonde, brunette and back to blonde and the results are always gorgeous and my hair still feels amazing. Love her work and this salon.

Great for hair color and cuts! I have seen Jess here for years and now all my extended family down to my 2 year old niece goes to her as well.

Kristen, the owner, sets a friendly welcoming environment and is always on lookout for new products and services to meet her customers' needs. They have a nice Facebook presence with educational information as well as current deals/discounts. She also has a social conscience, organizing food drives, for example.

This is a great neighborhood place for you want to get to know your hairdresser and know that she really knows you and wants to do her

I went here for a mani + pedi, and the girl who worked on me did a TERRIBLE job!! It was so bad that I decided to remove all the polish that night! Not a single nail of mine had polish covering the entire nail and when I put it up to the light you can clearly see an uneven coating. Not only did she do a bad job with the polish, but she did a horrible job at cutting my cuticles too.

I can't speak about their hair salon, but please save yourself time and money - avoid this place for manis and pedis!! I do not recommend this place and will never step foot in there again.
