The best thing is the view. I face South, you can see the planes take off and land. The location is ideal, especially if someone does not drive, we are in the middle of everything you could possibly want or need. Ernesto is the best employee that they have here, very pleasant and delightful. When there is s maintenance issue, management is quick to take care of it. Negative- some neighbors like to party til the AM hours.

I love this place , I lived there for almost 5 years and all the personal that works there are the best .. specially Margini she always trying to help the tenant and always caring for them.. Margini is the manager I can’t say anything bad about her except that she was exceptional ... if I have to go back to Fl I will definitely choose les Montellier apartments to live ... thank you 🙏🏽

My mother lived in those apartment for a Year and she deliver it in a very good condition , they checked and everything was good. That was on July 28 of 2019 and until now she hasn’t received her deposit????? I haven’t seen anything like this in my entirely life ???? Really bad management , who can do such a bad thing like that too a person .
