Moved in December and have had non stop issues with my water hater/AC. It was the LOUDEST noise coming from my closet and WATER LEAKING from the ceiling numerous times. This issue has disturbed my sleep and honestly embarrassed about where I live when guest come over. Management didn't do anything to help the first two months. Eventually they got new management but even that didn't help! They only offered for me to move out or a very small discount while they try to "remedy the issue". At first they promised me to transfer into another apartment but immediately took that back once they realized

My move in process at Yard 8 has been seamless, wonderful and accommodating since the start. Prior to moving in and to this day, Cheri in the leasing office has been extremely professional, accommodating, and always ensures all problems or concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately. If an email is sent you can expect a solution or reply within minutes. Very appreciative of her - Cheri Fine is an incredible asset to this building.
The building itself, amenities and location are wonderful and hard to top. I enjoy the space very much and am grateful for the wonderful care I have been given

This community is breathtaking and very well kept. Everything about this property is beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The Property Manager Suzzane was very informative and professional, I couldn’t be happier with their services. This property could not be better located lots of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. Property offers amenities that most communities can’t compare. I highly recommend this property *****

Highly recommend Yard 8 Midtown. The Apartments are great, the staff was incredible and the location is unbeatable. Our leasing agent Cheri was able to get us moved in after only 2 days of applying. I highly recommend working with her to get you into your new home.

Great location in midtown and a brand new building with great amenities. The management, especially Cheri Fine has gone above and beyond for the us. If it wasn't for Cheri we would not have signed a second year lease. Cheri is very responsive and gets things done!

I really love this place! As Realtor and now as residents! 😍. I rented a large studio with a walking closet and Floor Ceiling glass facing Wynwood! Sunset view of Wynwood is priceless! Cheri was amazing! She make sure I had a smooth move in experience. Ernesto is super cool. He make sure all my appliances and A/C are working properly and Mauricio is the best! Every time I call or email. He always reply and follow up in a timely manner. I’m super happy live here and the best of all! I’m in Midtown Baby! One of the most trendy and coolest neighborhood in Miami and one block away from Wynwood
