Property is decent. Tenants are decent. The landlord, Brenda Moncrief, has a felony conviction for grand theft and fraud. She will be in your personal information. She will attempt to tell you its ok to give her a blank money order or check, "she'll fill it in for you," DON'T DO IT. Don't fall for it. She's done it before and people have been on the losing end of the fight because they couldn't prove it. Better to stay away from the property until this felon is gone. Some way McCormack Baron missed out on doing the background check. Guard yourself, and your information.
