I have lived at The Residences for over 2 years, and have loved my time here. The staff has always been responsive, friendly, and accomodating. The gym, pool, and common areas are always clean and organized. Unfortunately, my wife got relocated and we have to move. We will miss our apartment dearly.

The apartment itself was nice. The gates were constantly broken and once closed on my vehicle after pressing the fob while it was open to ensure that it would stay open while I pass through it. I've also called them on a multitude of occasions to get my security deposit that they sent to the wrong location from last September! Only to be told that the single point of failure for this is never in office and was supposed to "call me next week when they come back in". At this point I'm fed up with the run around they keep giving me. I'll update this if the manager ever decides to call me back.

Stephanie Nieves never returns phone calls or emails. She is suppose to be the Manager but has lack of communication with customers. They keep the lobby office close and no matter what issues residents have they will call you when they feel like it or need something only. We will make sure to let Better Business Bureau know about this place and how their customer service lacks with the main office closed for over 6 months!

Residences At Lakehouse is an Idyllic living experience. Lovely walks around a beautiful fountain. Quiet safe community. Excellent maintenance and service is top notch. I was blessed to have Angel Estrada process my application and we are living happily ever after. Living the dream puts it mildly. I feel so grateful to live here.

Great community with an amazing staff who helps you feel welcomed and addresses issues quickly! I was shown around the community by Angel who was extremely kind and answered all of my questions since I'm not from here originally. She and the rest of the office staff have also helped me navigate my way to excellent restaurants, mechanics, and things to do in the area. The community is well taken care of by the landscaping service and maintenance is quick when necessary. Overall, amazing community and I'm glad I settled down here!

I love the community because I've been there two years, everyone from front office (Angel in particular) and maintenance help you immediately, the neighborhood is great and friendly. Always maintained. My daughter and my dogs just overall love it. The pool is lovely, there's a basketball court. Very peaceful and family oriented community.

We have lived in "The Residence at Lakehouse" now for just a few months. I can say with full confidence that this community is amazing. The grounds are well kept the properties are beautiful and the staff is as equally professional as they are friendly. If any issues should occur, they are met with speedy action and resolution. Though it has been a short while our experience has been great. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a complex that is safe, family friendly and full of amenities.

It is a great place to live. Very safe, cute, clean and quiet. The apartments are very well-kept and equipped. Minutes from supermarkets and other essential places. If you like to exercise they have a GYM and the commerce way is a very busy one for running or cycling. The agents are very friendly and attentive, ask or Angel excellent service. They have a pet area, a pool and access control for greater security. They are constantly cleaning the common areas.

GREAT STAFF !! 2/2 - Very spacious. Modern, clean, brand new appliances. We were 1 of the 1st residents to move to this property just as they finished building it. Living here since, last 4 years. We absolutely love it. Especially our dog, Buddy !! He has lots of friends here and most of all, he loves his long walks to the park..
