This place has become awful! Other tenants race their loud cars around the complex at night and on the weekends to try and avoid getting caught, while endangering the lives of the community. I was out walking my dog and one of them almost hit me. I shouldn't have to feel scared to go out in the evenings if I just want to go for a walk. It's so sad because this used to be a much better community until new management took over.

This is by far one of the most cleanest places I've lived in.. However, if your looking for privacy I wouldn't recommend this. Some people are nosey and complain. But The office people are very respectful and I commend them for there efforts. I feel extremely safe here too... But just wish some neighbors would care about themselves instead of what's going on around them.

We love it here! We have lived in apartments forever and Pebble Brook is the best of everything. We haven't had problems with getting any of our needs met. Maintenance staff is prompt and courteous and will do whatever they need to in order to get a good job done. The office staff has always been fantastic and willing to help in any way we may need. We couldn't be happier!

Pebble Brook Village was my first ever apartment, and my year there was a very pleasant experience. I was nervous about living in an apartment for the first time, being that I previously lived in a rural area. However, everyone (Tracie, John, Melissa, Tracy, and the maintenance staff ) at PBV have been friendly and accommodating. I’m reviewing the complex as the reason I am moving to be closer to family. I 100% recommend Pebble Brook Village...

I have lived here for close to 9 years. I have NEVER had an issue. If i have needed maintenance they have been WONDERFUL. Just recently on a Sunday I couldn't get my garage open. The former Maintenance Supervisor saw i was having trouble, came over and worked his magic and my garage is working great.
