The apartments are good ! I don't know why they are so bad with us ! First they try to get us out on all fake complaints , later when we left they sent us notice that they found rug in bad condition and charged us for almost 1700 dollars... we just lived there for a year and left the rug shiny and super clean .
Please beware and leave apartment by showing them every inch so you don't have to pay extra when you guys left.

I have been a resident of Woods of Britton for over twenty years. Many of the current staff have been here my entire stay. The entire staff has always made every effort to insure my needs are met. Fantastic staff, been here for over 16 years and I have never had a single complaint. This is one of those rare apartments with trees that feels a bit more secluded and quiet than most. We have just moved into this space as i am writing this, but the main reason we chose to move into these apartments is the responsiveness and care shown by the office staff. Our prev apts did not respond the same way as they do here. The longest delay we've experienced here for service or communication is one business day. At our previous residence, we were lucky to get any kind of response within two weeks. That alone sealed the deal for us. The home is very spacious and is exactly the floor plan we were shown. Been here about 6 months and it has been fabulous. Barely hear any neighbors, private entrances make it feel more like a home. Love the vaulted ceilings and all the natural light. Electric bills are a little high especially in the winter months. Apartment condition is nice.. kitchen cabinets could be updated. We got the upgraded apartment which I do not regret, just wish the cabinets matched better. Haven’t needed the office staff much, but know they are just a phone call or visit away. The grounds are beautiful. Overall I’m very impressed with Woods of Britton!

The office staff is awesome, they make sure that you are completely satisfied before you leave the office. The apartments are superb and very spacious. My wife and I are very happy that we picked The Woods of Britton over all of the places that we looked at in Noblesville and Fishers. Each time we looked at a place we kept comparing them to The WOB.

If you are looking for Luxury, Beauty, Quietness, Superb Staff, Close to schools and shopping?? This is definitely what you seek. My husband and I have been residents for 4 yrs and we 💘 💘💘💘💘 IT HERE! I'm so glad we picked Woods of Britton. And believe me when I say we looked at a lot of apartments. This is the one that stood out from all the rest.

I loved the two years I spent there! I only had to leave because I had to move to another town, or else I would have stayed. The community is clean and I never had any issues with neighbors. Everytime I had to work with the office they were super friendly, and I could tell they really cared to help me. Maintenance was always quick to help. I feel the apartment was well priced for the area and quality of the apartment. The utility bills always felt fair and accurate and the rent increase with the renewals of lease are such a small increase, totally reasonable. I would recommend this apartment complex

This is the best complex I've lived in and our first home since moving to Fishers from Southern California. The apartments are nice, the staff is attentive, and the facilities are always maintained. They salt the walk-ways in advance of snow storms and always keep up the landscaping. This place is run by pro's. But of all the things I like about Woods of Britton it is the maintenance crew. While our apartment was always in good shape, we have had minor issues along the way. They have always fixed or replaced things that weren't working and they arrive the same day or next day. You

The part of the complex we lived in feature tall trees with plenty of shade. Not too common in most apartment complexes.
Grocery, gas, and food all within 1-minute of the complex. Three shopping malls within 10-20 minutes too.
If for whatever reason I had to downsize and move back into an apartment, WoB would be my choice.

This is a great apartment complex. I've never had a problem with staff or maintenance issues. I had a leak running into my kitchen on a Sunday and the maintenance man on call returned my call immediately and was willing to come and repair it. It ended up being ok and could wait until monday, but this is a great example of how the staff is always willing to help. The atmosphere and surroundings are awesome...old trees, lots of shade, ponds...a great place to live if you're looking for an apartment on the north side of Indy.
