Not a bad place to live if you enjoy convenience for shopping and being minutes from the interstate.. it’s also amazing for those of you who truly enjoy freezing cold showers and faulty AC units and dryers. I transferred to a bigger apartment in March and since then, my AC has went out three times, same for my hot water, and I’ve made 4-5… complaints about my dryer taking 2-3 hours PER LOAD to dry, regardless of load size. I’m throwing money away left and right on electric bills to try and cool this apartment and dry my clothes.. and for $1050/month, I feel like these things

The place has really gone downhill since I moved in 4 years ago. Maintenance only does 1/2 jobs, trash compactor is always over flowing or not working at all. Fencing of dog park is never repaired or kept up. When you have a problem with anything in the apartment they have a count on each apartment on how many times maintenance has had to come out,… the more times you've had to have them work on something the lower on the importance list you get put and the less repairing they do. They won't even take time to explain a repair that's done or how to avoid it. One older couple even had a new

The apartment is a convenient location and rent price isn’t terrible. I will say I have had lots of problems with pests. I have my apartment sprayed regularly and am always finding spiders and other insects. I also have had mice several times in my apartment and the issue doesn’t get addressed. I live near the dumpster which is always overflowing and smells. It’s been a fine apartment but I haven’t been pleased with the pests and mice. I have also had black mold in several air vents I’ve noticed.

Cumberland Pointe is a great place to live. The move-in was very smooth, they replaced several lightbulbs for me right after I moved in, and the clubhouse has been great for working out and swimming. I would highly recommend this place, and it’s close to everything that Noblesville and Fishers has to offer.

Lived here for two years and unfortunately I cannot recommend this complex. Go somewhere else if you want to rent in Noblesville. Lejla is the only competent staff member. Grass is always a jungle and parking is a mess.

Zee has been to my apartment several times now due to a faulty washer - he tried his best, was very friendly and so courteous! He is a strong asset for your company - thank you!
Also wanted to thank Layla and Jerilyn for all their help taking care of any issues I had once I moved in last week! Made it a very smooth move! And with the issues I had - Donn came in and one after another - all concerns and issues were resolved! Thank you all for all your support!!

This place is a joke. The inside of the apts are trashy. Nothing is ever done when you have an complaint. There's not been a property manager here for the last 4 plus months. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place. There are better places to live.

Dog park needs some work and communication between staff members at the office is not good. When laying salt it is done very sloppy and when the plow Came thru they blocked in my car with a pile of snow. But overall a great place to call home

Resident since 06/2017, but would have left this year if the rent rate wasn’t frozen because of Covid; it’s just not worth $1,000+ IMO. Paint is peeling from porch columns and several garage structures are falling apart at the bottom. And every winter the parking lot is decimated with potholes that are merely patched in the spring. Trash is a huge problem here. Rates were probably jacked up because at-fault tenants go unpunished for dumping their large items at the compactor. Do the cameras there just not work or record?
The clubhouse is quite pleasant the few times I’ve needed to drop in

The management team are very bias towards minorities. It’s not a friendly environment to live in. They watch your every move when you are African/ Mexican or any other race. Do not rent from them!

I love my apartment! The location is perfect. The staff are always helpful. Buildings are quiet and feel private. Individual apartments could use a few updates if I’m being nit picky but overall I love the community and have recommended it when to get the chance.

We have loved every day of our time so far at Cumberland Pointe. It is clean, safe, and well-located. The staff is very friendly and available when help is needed. We also appreciate how walkable the complex is, even at night with how well-lit they keep each part.

When I applied for a unit on 4/2 for a 4/25 move, Niki said there would be a preferred employer discount of $155. I did not get a lease on the date promised, only 4/11, after requesting it, and did not get a welcome home letter until 4/12, also later than promised and after I had to make a direct request.
The $155 discount was not on the welcome… home letter, and the lease was $13/mo more than the quote I applied under.
I asked how much another unit would cost on 4/3 and Leila had run a second quote. She told me on 4/12, when I discussed both pricing concerns, that she didn't know running

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I don’t live here personally, but my boyfriend does. With that being said I have spent A LOT of time at Cumberland pointe apartments. I am so disgusted with this complex. Both of his toilets shoot water up when you flush, sinks do not drain (we’ve tried draino several times), the vent on the dryer… is broken (been broken since he moved in), there’s a significant amount of mold in the kitchen cabinets, along with other little issues here and there. This sounds like several health hazards to me??? He has personally put in

My husband and I love it here. We have had zero issues since we moved in Nov. of 2015, and I'm pretty picky because I used to work in Property Management. Love the staff, love our apartment! This is serving as a great place until we are ready for a home. :)
