I had no electricity in my master bedroom. I reported this problem and Adam, from maintenance came the next day with a work order and after checking my fuse box discovered that he needed to order a new part to fix the one that was worn out. As soon as the part came in Adam came and fixed it. Now I have electricity in my master bedroom. Thank you Adam!

I'm currently a tenant at Willow Creek Apartments. I am an upstanding citizen who pays my rent on time. I've been having issues with my hot and cold water. For the past week or so I haven't had any water coming from the shower. I reached out to the front desk and they sent a maintenance employee but my issue wasn't resolved. I'm requesting another maintenance request.

I haven’t lived here or anything but I had to go digging through reviews to find out this is a senior community. As someone who’s 20, extremely low income, and struggling to find any affordable housing I got so excited when I found this place. It was perfect. But they never mention anywhere it’s only for seniors. That bit of information would have saved me a lot of time and disappointment, so I recommend they make it clear what type of community this is.

Friendly, Always with a Smile (& a Laugh sometimes), Knowledgeable, Just Great People that I’ve met. Maybe there MIGHT be some “not-so-Great” people here, but I haven’t met them. I moved to Florida from Michigan for a “FRESH” start, and I’m getting that Fresh Start right here, at Willow Creek !!!!!

The answer my question my parents are thinking about getting a small place and there was the best place I think close to my house that I can see my parents living there and go visit them they had elevator that will help you up and down while that you don't have to text the steps if you can't walk you can take it out of there that's a nice place people is nice you have a parent that's all all disabled that be a nice person to go
