This place is super shady. There’s probably close to $100 in random fees that get piled on top of your lease payment. They charge you for trash pick up whether or not you set your trash outside. They charge you a monthly “service fee” to live here on top of your lease. I have never rented anywhere that had a service fee. Why would these fees not be included in the rent? You pay water but you don’t have a water meter. They just charge you whatever they feel like.

Me and my wife are moving in next month and I’m so excited. It’s taken a year to get everything settled with transferring to Florida but it’s so worth the wait. A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Cami is an asset to this property and everything she’s helped me with moving here. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.

Wow, we LOVE this place! Just moved in earlier this month and everything has been amazing so far, and a special thanks to Noelle for making the move in process so easy. The amenities like the pool, gym, hot tub, and yoga room are perfect for our active lifestyle and the scenery, beautiful walkways, and trails are soooo relaxing and 'homey'. Highly recommended!

Have been living here for a few months now and am very much enjoying my experience living at these apartments. The rates are reasonable for the amount of luxury that you get: lots of beautiful scenery, two pools, valet trash, professional and accommodating maintenance, a hidden walking trail, etc. The best part is the ambience you get while walking outside in the mornings. My family and I moved into these apartments by the extremely kind and professional staff, especially Noelle who personally showed us a model room and found us a perfect space for our needs.
