Currently living here and I seriously don’t recommend this complex. Too expensive with rising prices along with absolutely no parking after 8pm. I end up having to walk from 4 buildings away every night because the incompetent office workers don’t keep track of the cars that are supposed to be there and then wanna start charging 50$ a month for specific parking spaces. Ridiculous. DONT MOVE HERE

If you want a mold filled apartment with mold all around the building and a completely full parking lot with no room to park your vehicle . You came to the right place 👍🏻. They like to paint over old mold and pretend it’s not there . Your apartment they give you will look absolutely nothing like the model apartment they show you . I honestly don’t know how they can legally have tenants live in these horrible conditions and not get sued . It’s absolutely disgusting .

Do not recommend it was great fast easy move in and they excepted all types of dogs that’s what caught my attention upon moving in everything looked great a few days later the roaches started to come out they blamed it on me leaving some washed out soda cans in the sink because that’s where I recycled that I brought the infestation in I had a newborn baby and it’s bottles cleaner was in infested with roaches very unsanitary for a child they allowed me to move out within 25 days they gave me a two day notice to leave they took my deposit my pet deposit and then also charged me for $350 to

This place is the worst when it comes to parking. I get home after midnight from work and there is nowhere to park near my building. (It's even more frustrating for me because I'm 7 months pregnant and just want to get inside and take my shoes off.) Anyway, it would be really nice if there were visitor parking or even assigned parking giving how much I pay in rent. Also, other residents don't clean up after their dogs and some of those dogs leave massive piles in the middle of the sidewalks and parking lot. It's really disgusting. I would live somewhere else of this wasnt the only complex in North

I started looking for an apartment and came across these. I have to say from the start to finish the office staff has been amazing! They have been so accommodating, especially Danielle, she's been awesome through this process. I love the new look of the apartments and look forward to being here awhile.

Grateful for a roof over my head and the neighborhood is pretty safe. HOWEVER we only landed this place due to the fact that they’re the only ones who will accept aggressive breeds- decided based off meeting the dog. That’s nice of them to do, so I’ll give them a three because they don’t fix things right away when you ask for it and the MOST ANNOYING THING is if you don’t have a washer and dryer and choose to use the ones provided at the main building near the office, you have to buy a laundry card for 5$ EXACTLY. Can’t have a 20$ and load the rest onto the card it has to be exact.

Looking at the reviews there seems to be a real problem. Get a better pest management company, hire outside maintenance to clean MOLD etc. Post informational bulletin boards at walkways, laundry faculties, create a feedback email system and prioritize work orders and trouble shoot etc. New renters should be given a checklist of rent policies so they understand rental guidelines...
