I. bought a diamond through online. I wired transferred more than $5,000 . Tony did not buy the diamond from a supplier and keeps on coming up with excuses. I asked for my money back and then Carol pretend to be Tony's boss. But she thinks that I am stupid and don't make that they're husband and wife'. She keeps on insisting she will help me to find the right diamond and buy GIA. I end up didn't like anything and I asked for my money back. She came up with all these excuses that she's not in town...and then literally ignored my messages all over

I needed an engagement ring about a month ago and while other jewelers were full of empty promises, Carol came through and in time for my anniversary. The ring was absolutely stunning, Carol was able to find a most beautiful GIA certified pear shape diamond but she but also worked with me to make sure the halo setting was perfect. I have been dealing with Carol, primarily, at Wonder Jewelers now for almost four years. I have purchased large loose diamonds, had a custom engagement ring over 5c. made to order, in addition to having them custom make a gorgeous diamond necklace and a beautiful Sapphire ring.
My latest purchase just this month was a beautiful 4c diamond necklace for my wife's 60th birthday.

Carol was the most accommodating, patient, and kind during the process of my husband purchasing me a 10k tennis necklace. We picked out the stone and I kept changing my mind during this process and Carol was as cool as a cucumber. The final production was superb! There is no word back on our refund, and no phone call back and no email back after many phone calls and email requests to Tony. Just terrible customer services and we will have to pursue legal actions to get our money back.

I must say, i had the best experience purchasing an diamond eternity band from Carol at Wonders Jewelers. I was extremely indecisive on what I wanted. I was leaning more towards a cocktail style type ring. Carol pointed out that that was such an out dated look. Carol suggested I'd be so much better off with an eternity band. Thank goodness I took her advice and wound up with the most beautiful 7 carat princess cut eternity band. I am so in love with my ring. I highly recommend wonders jewelers. I do not typically take the time to write reviews; however, I felt obligated to warn future customers of Wonder Jewelers about the following: i) dishonest billing practices (finally resolved by Visa fraud protection), ii) misleading sales practices, and iii) poor client service.

I just opened my 40th birthday present from my husband... It was the most beautiful creation made by Tony! I am seriously so excited I can't stop staring at my finger. Well, I've tried to contact Tony a bunch of times for an upgrade to the ring we bought from him years ago. We've tried using phone and email (no respone back), and the online chats (which for some reason always gets disconnected). No one ever calls us back. I guess they only care about new clients, not previous ones.
