I have been searching for a replacement ring for my broken wedding ring for over 2 years. No local jeweler in my area came close to what I wanted custom or otherwise. Then, I found Javda on eBay and was nervous about purchasing a brand new ring on there but did my research and read their wonderful revieds. Gloria there met every expectation I had and I absolutely love my ring. It came with a warranty, a GIA certificate and valuation and a beautiful lighted box. I had purchased a flawless diamond ring from Gloria and Victor, and after about a year we decided we wanted to upgrade the ring size. I emailed and after 2 weeks of no response, I had called up and Gloria who was very rude and told me that the upgrade was "not a big difference" yet the stone was more expensive and larger. Brushed my wife and I off and never responded. *Warning only one go to person for sales. Not efficient to have only one person manage inquiries.* I will never recommend or purchase from them again. Avoid my mistake.

I don't personally recommend this store if you are trying to do business remotely, such as buying through eBay or ordering online. I have twice reached out to them to ask questions about one of their jewelry items, but they provided no response. In my opinion, that is a huge red flag about considering to buy a piece of jewelry from them and I plan to look elsewhere.

I've been a customer of Javda since 2005. And every time I've bought anything from them, I get it appraised by a local jeweler. The local jeweler never believes the price I tell them I paid and they are always super impressed with the quality. Everything was custom, including the full-cut VVS stones and 18K yellow gold metal preference, in addition to the size of the stone that I set into the ring. I sent out the stone just to make sure everything fit perfectly. A new CAD had to be drafted to accommodate the stone. Turn-around was amazingly fast as well. The status updates throughout the entire fabrication process to mounting of the stone was nothing short of amazing. What a stunner!

VJ and Gloria are the best! They helped me choose the exact diamond I wanted. They even gave me recommendations on what I could do to make the ring even better. My partner and I looked everywhere for diamond eternity bands. It became the biggest struggle and disappointment. We then found Javda through a google search. My Fiancé worked with Gloria over the phone, via email and the Javda website to purchase a stunning wedding band for me. I think Gloria must work 24/7, every call was answered and every email responded to within minutes. Gloria took extra steps to ensure the correct ring size was chosen by sending us a sizing set. When the ring was done, Gloria arranged for shipping to get the ring to us in Arizona prior to leaving on vacation. I cannot say enough good things about Javda and the staff. We've had such an amazing experience. Not only did they open the shop for us, when we made a surprise trip to LA, just so we could see some of their work but they created one of the most beautiful pieces of custom made jewelry, I have ever seen. Awesome customer service and very helpful with decision making! They helped me hand pick a 1kt diamond and even let me compare a couple different diamonds under a magnifying glass. My order was done in a timely manner but the close up appearance of the ring had some fine casting marks around the side stones. Still a great ring and cool unique products! Recommended!
