The GIA Color Scale extends from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). Although many people think of gen quality diamonds as colorless, truly colorless diamonds are actually very rare. I cannot recommend General Diamonds enough!!! Farid made me the most beautiful diamond ring. Beyond what I could have imagined. I came armed with all the facts about the diamond that I wanted as the center piece. Farid showed me a great selection of loose diamonds. I found the perfect one. I ended up going with a GIA certified 1.01 carat, round brilliant, E color, VS2 clarity diamond. I had a halo design that I had seen before that I loved. I showed Farid and he made it exactly how I wanted it in platinum. He was even able to put an inscription in Latin on the inside of my ring. Needless to say

Farid and Aida are amazing! We only go to them for our diamond jewelry, not only is Farid an artist with his creations, but the quality is outstanding. We had my engagement and wedding rings made there 10 years ago, and this month had a 10 year anniversary eternity band made. They also always give an amazing price, highly recommend them!

I was considering using one of the popular web sites like blue Nile when I was referred to Farid and Ada. The experience from start to finish could not have been any better. From the moment we met I knew I was in great hands. They made the experience enjoyable and the price was far better than what a comparable diamond was on the so called discount sites. I can not recommend this place enough. I was thinking of going somewhere else for a necklace for my girlfriend but was shocked at the overpriced jewelry. I called General Diamonds and spoke to Aida over the phone who was very friendly and informative with unique ideas that they could do for me. I ended up picking out the chain, pendant, and diamond for a beautiful customized piece. The price was incredible and they sent me home with an official appraisal as well. I will be back, getting to make my own piece was so incredibly special.

I was referred by a friend and I can't be happier with my experience with Farid and Aida. I was nervous about engagement ring shopping but I felt comfortable here immediately. Farid is very honest and I never felt pressured to go in a direction I was unsure about. Farid and Aida are exactly what I hoped they would be: knowledgeable, patient, reasonably priced, and they also had a great inventory. I was recommended here from a co-worker, but have already recommended them to a family member and two friends. I was buying an engagement ring and can't imagine going anywhere else and having a better experience. Park underneath and make sure to get validation. Go during the day if you can because that lot fills up during lunch/after work times.
