Don't bother with Zale's or Jared or Tiffany's or any of the other well known names. You can get much better quality work and custom pieces with clearer, more beautiful jewels from UDE. Because the big names market themselves so much, their pieces have enormous markups that are only so high because of the perception of the brand. The quality of the big companies jewelry does not equate to the extra money you'll pay.

I had an amazing experience designing my engagement ring with Ben. I went to other jewelers at first, but Ben's excellent customer service proved to me that I was in the right spot to purchase my engagement ring. I was referred to Dennis from a very close friend that he had made an engagement ring for his wife. At that point I had already been talking to 3 other jewelers for about 4 moths about potentially designing my now fiancé's ring and Dennis happened to be the last.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Like most, I was referred from a really good friend. Denis took time to listen to what I wanted in the way of an engagement ring. He went through every aspect of the ring and creation process. He was extremely patient and did not push me in one direction or the other, but just laid out the facts for me to make the best decision. My future wife and myself could not be more pleased with how the ring turned out. I would highly recommend and not go anywhere else for an engagement ring.

I'm the jewelry designer of The Inheritance LA and sought out Denis to help make my design come to life with an emerald that my mother gifted me. The difficulty with my design was that it was very detailed and I wanted it to have a vintage feel. Other jewelers I've worked with weren't able to capture the true nature of the vintage esthetic and UDE Collection nailed it. This ring looks and embodies what an heirloom piece of jewelry should. I randomly met Denis and happened to need an engagement ring and a couple weeks later i was sitting in his office. I worked with Denis on a re-design of my engagement ring and from the very beginning all he cared about was giving me exactly what i wanted. Working with custom designs is always a nerve racking process, but he worked with me every step of the way to ensure we were more than happy with the end result. He and his brother even came in to meet us on a Sunday when we were visiting downtown LA for the day! Couldn't recommend Denis and UDE more :)
