MICHAEL FIRICANO is a certified strength & conditioning/boxing coach who takes a no nonsense approach to training. He leaves behind the gimmicks and fad diets and replaces them with good old hard work and perseverance. After competing in local amateur boxing events he packed up and head west to Los Angeles, California.

It was there he was training in some of the top boxing gyms in the states soaking up the knowledge and training techniques of some of the best trainers in the world. BRIAN MORRISEY is a member of USA Boxing and has been involved with Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center from the early stages.

THE F.I.R.I.C.A.N.O METHOD (Fitness In Rhythm, Intense Conditioning And Nutrition Options) is a strength & conditioning program through the ultimate Boxing Workout. Firicano Boxing trainers have a unique/fun energy and establish/maintain relationships with clients on behalf of Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center.
Absolutely Not, We will show you the ropes and teach you how to get the most out of our program the safe and effective way. We have the blueprint to a better you! All you have to do is keep showing up and we will take care of the rest. We encourage all new people to go at their own pace and take as many breaks as you need.
This Class is the first of its kind! It is a 45 minute Cardio, Strength, and Ab blast. Using the jump rope, weights and your core you will build overall strength and endurance while losing weight and tightening that mid section. A real Calorie scorcher! Although this is a non-contact boxing bootcamp, I'd like to start off by saying " this is not a cardio boxing class!"
We at Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center are always looking for ways to evolve, get better and bring you the very best in boxing & fitness! Boxing Club has a new format for Kids/Teen boxing that will enhance your child's experience. We have "Boxing Club" Monday thru Friday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am.
Using indoor cycling bikes we focus on endurance and strength, using intervals, such as a warm up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints and climbs to ensure a high intensity workout in a small group setting. After a 30 minute ride, it's time to lace up the gloves and go round for round heavy bag training, using different drills and combinations to finish out the second half of this action packed hour long class.

Have been going here for overl 7 years, 4-5 times a week, and it is the best work out!! Every class is different and challenging. The instructors make you work, but in a fun manner!

This place is the BEST! Each trainer is friendly and will motivate you to do things you would not try at home and you will succeed. I dare you to find a better workout!

I, as a young woman, was extremely disappointed by the mistreatment at the place.
The male manager was very rude, and kept touching my arms for at least 10 times during the brief moments I was there, when he explained that there was no “space” to fit me in and so on, while I was only a few minutes late to join. When I told him to stop touching me, he penalized me by shouting “get out”. Instead of being recommended by a resolution, I was patronized and taken advantage of by the manager, and it was really really disrespectful.
The place is extremely old and small. I do not recommend anyone

Amazing workout! The workouts are challenging and incorporate cardio, strength training and total body exercises. Michael and his Team are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and have great energy!! They motivate you to get the most out of every workout!

LOVE THIS PLACE! If your looking for a great boxing gym or (just a great workout), look no further and check out Firicano Boxing. We've been coming for almost two years. I spent years bouncing around to various gym classes and never found anything that I actually enjoyed all while getting in a great workout. The classes push you to a healthy extreme (i went to some gyms where i found they pushing the students to an unhealthy extreme). I genuinely enjoy coming to class. The trainers are great and friendly (and very helpful if you need to modify anything or need help mastering a certain exercise

Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center is amazing! There is no other workout like it around, truly unique.Michael and staff are very positive, upbeat and encouraging. I hate working out, and these guys have me hooked. They provide convenient timed classes that are easy to fit into my busy schedule. I started to see results almost immediately. Such a positive and fun environment as well! I highly recommend this workout to anyone who is bored of the typical mundane gym classes.
***This gym is also much different than the trendy/corporate boxing gyms popping up around the area..... more individualized
