Bare Fitness is a private Pilates gym that offers both online and in-house personal training, health coaching, and Pilates. Leave your obligations and worries behind and take care of YOU! We believe that giving to yourself isn't selfish-it's self-care. Work with a professional who will help you get the results you seek.

If you want to improve flexibility, increase strength, lose weight, decrease pain, and improve mobility, Bare Fitness is for you. We combine classical and contemporary fitness methods to help you build confidence and master control over how you move, how you feel, and how you look. Transformative Personal Training, Online Training, Premier Pilates Instruction and Nutrition Coaching with dedicated and knowledgeable guidance to help you.

I began my personal fitness journey 17 years ago at the Sports Club L.A. (currently Equinox Sports Club) in Boston, MA. Before I became a personal trainer, I struggled to find balance in my professional and personal life. My mom taught me to treat my body like a "temple". She emphasized the importance of having healthy eating habits and staying active.
Sometimes it can be challenging to find time to get to the gym and work out. Let me bring the gym to you! Get a quality workout from the comfort of your home. Online training is great alternative to a regular gym experience and/or a great supplement to your current exercise routine. Work out on your schedule.
No more waiting on the sidelines for change to come-you have the power to make a change. Take matters into your own hands! Working with a personal trainer will give you accountability and-most importantly-peace of mind. Because each body is unique, I will put together a wellness plan and individualized training program with both traditional and contemporary techniques to help you reach your fitness goals.
Sometimes you need a cheerleader-someone to carry a banner around saying, "You've got this!" Put me on your team. Tweaks to your eating habits and workout routine can help you make beneficial and sustainable changes. We all want to live our best lives, but obligations and busy lifestyles can make it difficult to take care of ourselves-even at the best of times.
I have trained with Laura Williamson for nearly six years, starting after the birth of my first child. She is a fantastically talented fitness professional who has guided me with both strength training and Pilates--so much so that I worked out regularly until the day before I delivered my second child!

I worked with Laura for 5 one-hour Pilates (Reformer and Cadillac) sessions. She was great at listening to my concerns (lack of flexibility being my main concern) and tailoring our sessions to meet my goals. She is a skilled and warmly professional trainer. Her attention to detail regarding form was greatly appreciated.

Laura is an awesome trainer!! As of now I have worked out with her for almost twenty years. When I started working with Laura I was on the other side of maturity and was in miserable physical shape. With Laura’s help, I lost weight and had an immense increase of strength and suppleness. As an MD, I am in awe of Laura’s amazing knack to pay extreme attention for adjusting one’s body position in order to maximize the gain in strength and flexibility. During training, Laura’s smallest body corrections and adjustments are immediately perceived in the group of targeted muscles or articulations

Laura is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend her. She really knows her stuff. She initially takes the time to get to know you and understand your fitness goals before she tailors a program to meet your needs. I was originally interested in taking Pilates but after talking with her she recommended I focus on personal training.
My training sessions were great. I learned a lot from her because at her heart she is a teacher. She ensured my form was correct and challenged me during our meetings. She also provided nutritional guidance.

Beautiful, clean studio. Laura is wonderful and a true professional. She is great at understanding what you need to work on. I had been struggling with shoulder pain for almost a year. She gave me specific exercises and after 6 weeks I had no pain. She is great at challenging you to do things that you wouldn't do on your own. I highly recommend!

Laura is top-notch when it comes to guiding me through my workouts. She knows her stuff which is clearly evident during and especially after our sessions when my body really feels it. I highly recommend her style and technique. Her studio at Bare Fitness is pristine and has been a great escape, especially during the pandemic. Once this is all over I plan to continue working out with Laura - it’s attention you just can’t get at a large gym.

Laura is an excellent trainer to work with and wonderful person to know. I worked with Laura exclusively for personal training during my third trimester of pregnancy and for months post partum. She thoughtfully created my program based on my goals and the toll pregnancy and having a newborn has on a body. She clearly explains the exercises, the why, and is authentic in her approach. I have been working with Laura during the pandemic and she's takes safety very seriously and professionally.
