Caitlin and Lounge Appeal were amazing for our wedding day. She went through my vision with me and made suggestions on what furniture I would like. Communication was wonderful throughout our time together, and the $$ was so reasonable. When I saw the furniture at the venue, I was blown away by how amazing it looked. Ordering lounge furniture for our son's outdoor Bar Mitzvah from Lounge Appeal was a great choice that everyone loved. They have tons of unique pieces to choose from, and the quality is very good. We had a bit of a snafu with the wrong year put on my order, but Lounge Appeal did everything humanly possible to do right by me, and it all turned out great. Nobody is perfect and how mistakes are handled is what counts. They did an A+ job. I would not hesitate to order with them again!

I hosted a 50th birthday party for my husband at The Wilshire loft on July 22nd. I rented furniture for this event through Lounge Appeal because it was a preferred vendor for The Wilshire Loft. I met with the sales person 3 times and we met at the property twice to go over measurements of the furniture I was renting for my event. The night of my event all 3 of my couches did not fit in the elevator. My deliver time was 4pm. Although they did bring other furniture, so that I wasn't left with nothing, that would fit into the elevator, I didn't get my furniture until after 8:30pm. My

She was more than willing to drive up from San Diego to meet me at the venue. She measured the room and provided me floorplan that was designed to the exact scale of the room. We used lounge appeal for our wedding furniture rental this past weekend and WOW did they make our space look gorgeous!!! They had so many options for white, silver and gold furniture which we were unable to find anywhere else, they were crazy easy to get in touch with and get booked, and the delivery and pick up was so easy and smooth. They moved the furniture around with us to make sure it all looked great, we had some light up cubes that were just incredible, couches, tables, it was just awesome. Cannot say enough! They made our beach wedding in Carlsbad look like we were in a tropical paradise! From the benches on the beach, to the shade lounges, our guest were impressed! We had a huge tent on the sand for our reception filled with tables, chairs, a dance floor, and food stations! They brought in tables and chairs that fit the organic look of the beach and the furniture for the bar area was comfortable and upscale. We recently used Lounge appeal for our wedding as well as a handful of additional outside vendors to create our venue and I have to say I was a bit disappointed with them. For the high priced items that we decided to rent I could not believe what happened on their delivery the day before the wedding. The van first showed up several hours late knowing we were on a tight window for setup. Then they did not just forget one or two items, they forgot half the order. Come on, for 4k and five months notice of booking, how could this happen? They then returned with the right order at about 10 pm the night
