I decided to downsize and moved into Avenida two moths ago and it's been such a great experience. The staff is friendly and always helpful, the apartments and communal space are really beautiful (and always clean) and the frequent activities are engaging and fun. I'm especially enjoying the exercise classes, movie theater, gift wrap station, happy hours, and the new friends I've made.
It's only about 8 minutes from some of my favorite restaurants and shops on El Paseo, and just down the street from Desert Willow and The Marriott golf courses. The best place to be in Palm Desert as an active senior

Our experience with Lisa Clark and Nicole was great, from the first call to inquire about the brand new community. Lisa was extremely informative and helpful. We toured the property and were very impressed with the amenities and the design. Its like a small resort, convenient to many grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, fabulous golf courses. Really one of a kind, unique rental community and super friendly staff. Beautifully appointed units. Very excited to make the move to Avenida.

My husband and I are looking forward to a new lifestyle at Avenida! We cannot say enough good things about Dee Wieringa (Director) and Brigitte Toth ( Marketing) who have been instrumental in making our decision. They both are fabulous representatives for the company .The community looks amazing and already we have been able to meets one of our future neighbors. So excited for our future! Come join us!
