The property has poor drainage which means the ground level apartments are prone to flooding. We flooded about 6 times in 2 years. Rent also goes up about $40-50 a year. Also, for some reason the postal service had a hard time finding our apartment and we lost several pieces of mail and a package. Renters not on the ground floor may have a better experience.

If you're thinking about moving here....DON'T! You pay a mortgage to be told that things can't get fixed because they're more concerned with paying themselves and collecting rent. Grounds are full of scattered trash, shopping carts and dog crap. I could keep going but I won't, can't wait to get out of here!

The rental units are a good size and well laid out. Balconies are also large with a good view if on the courtyard. The office and maintenance personnel are excellent and very helpful. Outside appearance is attractive. Lobbies, corridors, and storage room could be better maintained. Location and access to shopping areas is excellent. This apartment complex appears to be nice on the surface but the maintenance is substandard, the management rude and they never fully refund your security deposit. I had the place professionally cleaned and wanted them to do a walk through with me. They said they do that after the place is empty. When they did, they lied about the condition. They steal your money!!
