Honest, fair, and straight forward. With Terry, he lays it all out with a proper diagnosis, gives you options when possible, and gets it done in a timely manner. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. My experience with Halseys auto center was good and Terry is very helpful and does his best on taking care of his customers.

Wonderful auto shop! I came to Halsey's for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection on a vehicle I was interested in buying from a local dealer. I live out of state and came to Santa Clarita to buy a car and hadn't scheduled an inspection appointment like I meant to. The same day I was buying the vehicle, I called Halsey's on a last minute whim based on their high Google star rating and spoke to Terry who was a delight to work with. Terry was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and knocked out my inspection in less than a hour. Terry sat with me and went thoroughly through the inspection and

I took my car last year to Halsey's when it had a check engine light on and it wouldn't even run without shutting down. They were amazing with their service and although it did take a while with no car they replaced my vacuum hoses and my car has been running strong ever since. Highly satisfied with their work.

Halsey’s has been keeping my older Chevrolet Trailblazer ( high mileage) in good shape for the last 7 years that I have lived in Santa Clarita. This time it was due for routine service, but the cooling system and other items gave out first. Halsey’s repaired/replaced (among others) the engine water pump, the heater hoses, and the fan clutch. There is always friendly service and keeping me appraised by phone of their progress and of the costs. Thank you!!

After “3” failed (And costly) attempts by the local Infinity Dealership to repair my Q50S brakes (They replaced pads and turned the rotors) And they still squeaked badly and then told me that I now needed new rotors for $800 +.
So I brought my car into Halsey’s and had Terry give it a look. He found that the dealership had installed the wrong pads! And that the rotors were fine, they just need to be milled correctly.
Now no more squeaking brakes and they now feel like when the car was new.
Excellent job Halsey’s! Very satisfied!
(And much cheaper than the dealership)
