I brought my 2020 Ram 1500 here for an after market Borla exhaust and 2 inch front leveling kit. I called and talked to Art who was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone. Once the parts arrived, Art called promptly to book an appointment. The installation went smoothly and Art stands by his work. Not a scratch on my vehicle. I gave Art a week before thanksgiving, as I finally got my suspension in after waiting months, and inquired about getting it installed. Art told me he was busy but would do his best to get it done before the weekend and the latest Monday. I got a quote on price and even called around to a few other shops to check turn around time and price. After going back and forth of which shop I wanted to go to, I decided to choose Alpha Off-road. The quote was a little higher

Owner of shop installed suspension incorrectly without adjusting to proper height for correct clearance. Claimed he did an alignment, truck pulls to the right, had to get it aligned elsewhere. I asked the shop owner to fix the ride height issue and reimburse me for the claims of him doing an alignment and he told me no. And said end of transaction. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, will never go back and will tell everyone to avoid going here!

Earlier this year I bought a used 05 Chevy 2500HD Duramax, and It had a very questionable suspension setup that I needed checked out. I called alpha off road and they got me in pretty quickly. After taking it to them, they quickly saw how bad the previous owner had jerry rigged the truck to sell it. Art suggested a new 6" Rough Country lift kit to replace all the garbage that was installed previously. After a few weeks the parts came in and the Alpha off road guys quickly swapped all the parts out and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks for the great work to Art and his team. I&apos

I cant say enough about this company. They are so professional and nice. They do clean work, Easy to talk to, Great group of guys that are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I brought my 2006 4runner in for a body mount chop. It's literally the first time ive taken my car somewhere where i didnt have anxiety. They explained what I needed and how they were going to do it. This place is unbelievable. I called a week ago and talked to art and made a appointment to bring my sequoia in to instal my suspension and rims and tires. Not only did he do it help me out with a bunch of other things that I needed for my suv. Everything came out perfect the way I wanted it too. I would really suggest this shop for your off road needs.

Art was such a huge help. I brought in a 1997 Pathfinder. And if you don't know, the aftermarket support is weak. So had a bunch of parts from different manufacturers to get installed. Some not a direct fit. Art got back to me quick with the quote on a fairly extensive list of work I had requested. Booked an appointment, kept in touch as things came up to discuss options, great pricing, and still got the job done in a few days. What's not to love?! These guys are great! I had them install new rims and purchased tires from them for my 4Runner. I had the rims delivered to them directly from the manufacturer. They called me to let me know they had arrived and we set up an appointment to get them installed balanced and mounted. Very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure there wasn't any rubbing or other issues. I could not be happier at the service. The best part is that they also do mechanical repairs, brakes etc other than off road services. One stop shop.

Highly Recommend Alpha Off Road! Art and his team are the best ! I went to visit the shop after reading all the great reviews online and they aren't lying . Art is very knowledgeable and is not pushy at all , he sits down with you and listens to everything you want and he delivers ! He guided me to picking the perfect lift kit along with new tires and I left the shop that same day with paying for all the parts and excited for him and his team to soon work on my truck. They're a very busy shop so it took about 2 weeks to get all the parts due to covid and I also had Art order me some new AMP steps

I had just bought my 97 4runner about 2 years ago and regularly took it offroading but was concerned about the work that my previous mechanic had done. I was also concerned about the service that was done to it by the previous owner. I wasn't sure what the shop was capable of because all I saw in the reviews was tires and lift upgrades so I decided to give Art a call. I had a LONG list of things that I wanted checked or upgraded including some major services that involved taking the motor apart. I asked Art if he was able to do the things on the list and he said "I can do it all."

Found my offload mechanic for life in the city. Alpha off road is amazing. Nice, great communication & quick turnaround. Everything about the shop was professional, with masks during Covid. Took my 2014 Rubicon to Art, he gave me his personal number and always replied with any questions and quotes that I wanted. He even came with 2 guys to pick up the parts from my apartment! Very happy with the way my jeep turned out, Art is a very genuine guy and treats customers vehicles like they are his own. Highly recommended. He wont try to sell you things you wont need, and always gives his opinion and options and will put you in the right direction.

My doctor doesn't even do this.
I own a 2015 Jeep wrangler that I have been wanting to lift till it is time to change the tires to do the work.
I had concerns with death wobble & this is my everyday drive I wanted to make sure it gets done correctly comfortable. Thought about even selling it instead
