False advertising brings you in, disinterested cashier over charges you, then you get a sketchy answer from the manager. Last time for me and you should consider as well. If you do go, check every step they say they do. They didn't even check my tires, doubt the checked the transmission fluid. Beginning to wonder if the actually changed "all" the oil. Slicky boy service, beware

Avoid! Car looked very dirty after but they had an answer for everything. "We don't vacuum in the trunk for privacy". "That's water marks from mineral water." "We don't remove this and that like you just did with your finger because blah blah". Absolute BS artists but sadly not cleaning artists. I paid $55 for a worse wash than the $11 Shell garage. Disappointed and won't return.

The last two times I had my car washed here, they didn't do a very good job, but it's convenient and it had been a while, so I thought I would try them again. I should have gone somewhere else or done it myself. Very dissatisfied. Exterior not so bad, but the interior looks awful. Pic is from inside my car looking out the passenger window. It's like they didn't even bother to clean them. So on three occasions I have wasted $30 to get my car "washed".

This place has really gone down hill! Save your money and just go to Dapper Dan's. The interior clean was terrible. There was smudges on my seats and i don't even know if they tried actually vacuuming. See pictures below. It wasn't even a busy or super hot day which makes it even more infuriating! Waste of money!!!

I went there for a routine oil change as well as a check up I left my car and their hands expecting the typical job however, what happen next goes beyond customer service. Then, Vahek called me 10 minutes after I had walked away to do my own thing and asked me if I could return so he could point something out to me. He had pointed out a stripped drain plug and basically notified me that if I were to go through with this I could very easily ruin my car. Nobody's ever gone out of their way on something so simple as a phone call to help prevent something so disastrous. Vahek, thank you and I

It's official! I have found the worst car wash in the world!
$20 car wash. They didn't bother to remove the sand from the mats, wipe down any of the interior, did not touch the cupholders, etc.... What did I just pay for???
This is my second time coming here. I always give a business the benefit of the doubt, but that's strike two...And this is not baseball, so you're out!

Hello, I got an oil change 3 weeks ago and just blew my head gasket on my motor because there wasn't any oil in my car, I ALSO HAD OVER 1k miles left before i have to come in to get another oil change. They didn't do their job or didn't do it right because It COST ME $750 to get my car fix. I paid $89 for a oil change and (hand washed) car wash. this is not acceptable. This is not right.

Review from my 9 year old: My mom took her car here and we waited an hour.Food and crumbs were in the car still and they not vacuum at all. my Mom paid 36.99 for this cheep makeover on the outside of her car but not on the inside.

Have been going here for years without issue. I purchased my current car 2 years ago and part of the purchase was free oil changes so I never knew costs for them for this car (sedan to crossover). Well that ended and felt the dealership would rip me off so I came to what I know and what I know turned sour. The manager whose been there since forever, quoted me an outrageous price for an oil change. 96 plus taxes and fees and blah blah blah. So well over 100 bucks when it would be all said and done. I get mailer coupons all the time for this place so I thought I would give them a try. Truth be told I did look up the Yelp reviews and was not impressed but have always seen cars going in so I rolled the dice. I mean how hard can it be to wipe down a car right?
Well upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly attendant so things were looking good. The cashier was nice too. But the actual scrub down was less than awesome. Now I usually don't parade around my car after the car wash process, I know they guys are hustling and don't want to get all awkward about pointing at missed things

Come here for the oil and wash special.
Oil guys upsale me on some products. Say if I want the car wash k said yes.
Oil gets changed. I walk over to were the car has been taken to get washed. I asked of I could upgrade. They say no. Should have been done with the oil guys.
So, not only did I not know that but now I can't upgrade to what I actually wanted.
The oil guys didn't mind mentioning upgrades for oil and other fluids but completely failed to mention anything about options for the car wash portion.
I go inside to ask the person at the register
