Would not recommend..
Food is bad. For its value hell no. You get a little take out bowl container when you order a $10 dish. I ordered a fried rice w/ char siu (Pork) and besides the char siu and I tasted nothing else, only a mushy texture. Only reason why I'm not rating it 1 star is because they were able to make my dish in less than 5 minutes. I'm guessing they don't make it fresh.... very disappointed.

This food was literally garbage. I ordered 2 orders of chicken with broccoli and 2 vegetable rolls. From the onset of opening the lid it did not smell like chicken and broccoli. The sauce was watery like diarrhea. It tasted nothing like the sweet sauce that usually comes with the meal. It was mildly spicy. I was hoping as I mixed it the consistency would change but it did not. The vegetable roll smelled spoiled. I am totally disgusted. The worst Chinese take out I have ever had. I've been eating at Yim's Wok all my life and it's still consistently good. Actually, not just good, the best in the area. Friendly service, food always prepared quickly and piping hot and delicious. A staple of the community!

My favorite Chinese takeout. Fast delivery, consistent food, good prices. And, they keep my credit card and address on file-- super convenient. Never had a disappointing dish.

I don't know where all these awful reviews are coming from (maybe competing Chinese takeout places) so I feel like I have to do my part. I live walking distance from Yim's wok and have gone probably about 40 times and NEVER had a bad experience. My family have went from places such as odyssey, golden temple, etc and none of these places even come close to how good the food is at yims! We always get the pork fried dumplings, fried rice, and general tso's chicken. Nothing ever even comes close and I would be so sad if this place gets shut down due to slow business from bad reviews

Chicken wings are good but unfortunately that’s the only thing good here. The food is mediocre. The person taking the order also seems to be rude where trying to make a request for a order such as to not have peas in the order to have the food separate from the rice will result in them hanging up on you or them issuing and ultimatum where it will be served as is or not at all.

Completly garbage trash place that over charges. Very rude experience, saw little kid in line infront of me, asking manager for price of a combo item and after the second time of him asking. She said rudely "DO YOU want or not, if you dont than get out". I was shocked. Very rude never coming again

Cold food, very rude staff, and way overpriced. I rarely review places but this one is very terrible. Would never eat here again. Asked for some extra duck sauces got yelled at my cashier.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered online and chose Fried Rice for 2 of the lunch specials. There was nothing saying there was an up-charge of $1.00. The soups and egg rolls did say there was an up-charge but nothing for Fried Rice. When the order came, the price was $2.00 more than my receipt online. I handed the driver the exact price of MY receipt plus $3 tip. He then got all nasty and said "$1 tip?!?". We've been coming to Yim's for more than 15 years, unfortunately it's coming to an end. The past few months orders have been delivered wrong. On top of growing delivery times, we've also waited upwards of an hour for our past three orders with no forewarnings. The quality of the items has also gone way down from what it use to be...now EVERYTHING seems to be covered in grease. Hard to say it but we'll be ordering from a new establishment after the last order mix up and long wait time.

My go to for 30 years for take out Chinese food. Lots of healthy choices thanks to the bodybuilders behind the restaurant at Bev Francis gym that have been requesting healthy options.

This is some of the most horrible Chinese food I've ever encountered. I wouldn't even know the extent of it since they forgot chicken in chicken and broccoli. There is no rice served on the side. The vegetables taste like fish. There is excessive amount of ginger in their sauce When I called the restaurant they told me they can't do anything about it. It's not their problem and won't fix it. Well it is!!!! Horrible.

My office orders from here quite often, and today we ordered a decent sized lunch for delivery. When it came we realized someone got the wrong order. Nicely called to ask if they can replace it and the woman who answer the phone proceed to argue with us telling us we ordered that and then hung up on us. I then called back to let them know how unprofessional and rude she was and that we order from them all the time and this is no way to treat a customer. I love this place. New job on Robbins Lane, I discovered this GEM. Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce is the best I've had in years. Vegetables are so fresh, large tasty shrimp, cooked to perfection. Rice delicious (not too greasy, just perfect). Want to try a few new items soon.

We used to be a regular but got tired of this place due to cold food, angry employees and shorting our orders.

I come here for lunch and it's like 10 min away from my job but def worth the drive. They use real meat, have gym menu for those that want to eat healthy and everything is flavorful. Anything I tried was good from chicken & broccoli, shrimp n hoisin sauce, boneless ribs n soups. Def recommend it

Open since 1986, Yim's Wok has long been an institution in the neighborhood...but not necessarily in a good way. When I was growing up, Yim's was where my Dad would go to pick up dinner if he was just too tired to drive to one of the better Chinese takeout places that we preferred. We didn't care much for their food, but sometimes, if all other options imploded and no one felt ambitious enough to suggest something else, we trusted them enough to buy a few eggrolls and a (greasy) pint of chicken with broccoli; it was that kind of place.

Whenever I was craving chinese food, this was my go to place. I tried ordering the lunch special on a Sunday (which I guess they don't have so I had to get the dinner combo) almost 11 bucks for pork fried rice, chicken with broccoli and an eggroll.

Portion size was just ok.

The food was disappointing. The chicken & broccoli was overpowered by soy sauce

I come here often for lunch with coworkers. I'm giving it five stars because for a chinese take out place, its probably the best furnished and cleanest one I've ever been in. There's even a nice sitting area with a TV.

The food comes out fast and fresh. I usually place the order on my two mile drive from my office to the restaurant and its usually ready as soon as I get there!

This has been my family's go-to Chinese place since we moved here. The quality is always top notch and prices are fair.

My favorite dish is the sliced white meat chicken with brown sauce over white rice platter, which is basically chicken & broccoli without the broccoli. Always delicious.

One of the best take-out; eat-in, Chinese restaurants I've been to. I've been Eating here for years and I love that they cater to the health-conscious athlete. They have steamed dishes of every imaginable combination ... Beef, chicken, egg whites, ect. And if you wanna eat the conventional high calorie Chinese dishes, they have those too.
