They don't care about there tenants
After I posted the review above, I tried to work with management and the GM since then. Well that was a joke after violating several landlord laws and proving they say give them a chance. Not even a week later they didn't keep there word. When call 911 and police wont come here and then frantic call staff amd GM and asked for a call. I got a email from GM saying there staff dont make mistakes but the video I took shows differently. Think twice before moving in here as its been a few days but never ever got a call. . And they dont have time to call an unset and

My wife and I have lived at autumn village apts for 10 years and have asked several times to get a new wash machen and fix our 2 concert steps that are louce there are 16 steps we have to go up and down every day some day those 2 are going to let go and some one will get heart. We have told Glen to get them fixed 2 months a go but nothing don what are we paying rent for when nothing is getting done. can you please help us.

Hire good managers then keep them. I’m tired of new property managers.
Update: went from 2 stars to 1 star. Everything from the top down is very poorly managed. No communication. Does not care about their properties. Does not care about tenants. Does not follow through with commitments. Defers responsibilities to others, so nothing gets done. If you’re thinking about renting from any of their properties, don’t do it. I would rather get COVID than deal with this company ever again. I cannot express how much I hate this place. You shouldn’t settle a place where you will live that has barely

Just as much of a slumlord as the rest. This company recently bought our apartment complex and I cannot say that I am impressed with professionalism or the service.
I look forward to my rent skyrocketing as they are renovating vacant apartments but yet the people that already live in these apartments get old used items from the apartments at the renovating when something breaks.
I have been complaining about some unsafe environmental issues, poor lighting, poor stairs and nothing.We have very few washers and dryers in our laundry facilities. But they will do nothing about that either one washer

After 30 years of nurturing an environmentally beneficial rooftop garden that many people loved and enjoyed, John Goodman Decided to revoke the license for a garden deck for no other reason than spite. This egomaniac makes emotional business decisions. Now trees that have been growing for 20 years will be hacked into pieces because of this man (to fit into elevators). You may think there must be more to the story... who would do such a thing for no practical reason? John Goodman Real estate would. If you do business with them, beware.
